Stayed here for 9 nights, on arrival was check in was a breeze very friendly and even towed our van and backed it on the pitch due to the grass being wet, millimetre perfect I might add, the pitch consists of a levelled hard standing pitch with two concrete strips for the van to sit on each with its own drain for grey waste and plenty of space between.
The toilet and shower facilities are mostly individual rooms with shower, toilet, and sink so its a pick one that's empty which was never an issue and always clean.
We did use the laundry once both wash and dry £3 in total for both which we thought reasonable. There are some information leaflets for local attractions and staff are more than happy to offer advise and information of the local area.
The site does have a kids playground which seemed to have plenty to entertain and we plan to take our grand kids next time.
The site is located just outside the village of kilgetty where there's a decent coop store, we used the Indian restaurant which was pleasant, there's also a chippy and a Chinese though we didn't try these.
Its a short drive from Tenby and Saundersfoot and centrally located for exploring the Pembrokeshire peninsular.
Overall we would definitely recommend and re visit this site

A fantastic campsite in an amazing location.
We decided to stay here after speaking to the owners about how competitive the pricing was and also based on the fact we could leave van here for two weeks and come back for another weekend later on. Despite the fact out towvan broke down on route and having the recovery lorry arrange to take our caravan here before taking our van to Swansea for repair; I can't speak highly enough of the owners.
As soon as we arrived with the breakdown lorry the owners couldn't have been more helpful. They came out to unhitched the van and said 'leave this to us' and also helped transfer items from the back of our van into the caravan. By the time I settled the tow company, my van had disappeared and was found on a pitch with them levelling the jacks. Faultless service! Nothing was too much trouble and they supplied Taxi details advice on eating etc.
Overall our opinion of the site is that it's of excellent quality with all facilities needed to make a stay seamless. Shower blocks spotless and good hot showers, grass and areas well kept and children's play park of good standard and in a very well kept condition. Some of the national companies could learn a lot from here. We stayed as a family with two children and was ideal as no clubhouse or idiots to contend with during the late evening/early hours.
Two local eateries of a good standard and worth trying and both within five/ten minute walk. We will definitely return this year and look to next season for many more weekend breaks.
A huge thanks from the Morgan family for all your help.

This is a great caravan park and very family friendly.
The rates are reasonable and the facilities are clean and in good condition.
It's a great place to set up camp and explore the area
We were greeted on arrival and given lots of information about the site as well as points of interest in the area which was very much appreciated!

So our first day, we arrive at 10am after 6 hours of travelling. Now. Been a driving instructor, allowing someone else to site my van is a big thing. I love the challenge. But after rubbing my eyes and thinking long and hard I allowed the van to be uncoupled and sited for us. (Much to my wifes relief I can assure you!). 2 minutes later its sited levelled and ready for its awning. Credit where its due. This is a fantastic gesture/act of kindness that should be available at all sites!
Continuing that theme, kindness. Claire and family work tirelessly to maintain the site and ensure that your holiday is running spot on. They are there to help with almost anything. Their experience certainly shows. Advice is freely available and forthcoming if needed.
The site. The site itself is split into 3 touring caravan areas, a storage facility and statics There is also a children's play area. All are hard standing with tv aerial waste water and electric. Rock pegs are required. As per website and invoice. Showers block is one of the best we have come across. Ok its not bang on ultra modern, but having stayed at 3 sites with ultra new toilet blocks they seriously disappointed this doesn't. 2 family rooms then separate male and female. Oh and then there's the washing machines/dryers with ironing board oh and more shower rooms!
Already looking to book for next year.
With the beaches of barafundel broad haven and Tenby just around the corner. Folly farm up the road. This is the ideal place to site up and enjoy this wonderful part of the world.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Stone Pitt. We are very new to caravanning and this was only the third time we have been out in ours. We need not have worried as we were well looked after on our arrival. The caravan was reversed onto our pitch for us ( I would have probably still be attempting it now).
Hard standing pitches with waste water drainage were a great bonus. Heated shower block and toilets were fine. A small play area is available for the children. Our two dogs were kept on their toes by an abundance of rabbits, squirrels etc.
Ideally situated for Tenby, Amroth and Saundersfoot we now have an excellent base for our next South Wales visit

I must first of all say a big thank you to Claire the owner for what she did for us, as soon has we arrived after almost 300 miles, we were told to get out of our car and she unhitched the caravan and hitched it to her 4 x4 and placed it onto our No one pitch and did water electrics and levelled it, We were making a cup of tea within 10 mins, she did all this because she says that driving all this way the last thing you want to be doing is sorting a caravan pitch out, we thought it was a lovely gesture nothing was too much trouble for her and her husband.
The toilet and shower block was a bit dated BUT spotlessly clean. Water and waste water was easily obtained and the Laundry and washing up facilities was extremely clean.
It is 44 years since my wife and I had last been to the Saundersfoot and Tenby area but it won't be the last, we have already booked again for next year.
All in all Stone Pitt is a little gem, a thoroughly fantastic and enjoyable 8 night stay, Oh by the way the weather was unbelievable for September, I think that had something to do with it being a superb holiday as well.
Thank you once again.

What a loverly small site wish we had found this site sooner.
From the moment we arrived to when we left we enjoyed every moment
The campsite is small and mainly seasonal caravans pitched up but for us this was perfect welcomed by all and the site was relaxed and so quite all of the time most morning we woke around 9 as so peaceful
The pitches are all hardstanding and level also with a waste water drain which was very handy
The toilet/shower block was always clean and tidy shower were loverly and hot and not once did I have to wait for a shower
There are 2 washing machine and 2 tumble dryers on site all good value to use this site also has a spin dryer for those who wash clothes by hand
Also on site is a small chest freezer people can use for frozen food or block all owner asks is it to be in a bag and labeled a great idea as most caravan freezers are small
Park for kids is ok my son spent most his time on his bike wasn't to many kids on site but still someone around to play with
This site is a 10 minute walk from folly farm so from site you can actually see the park itself take some binoculars and you will see the giraffes
Only a 15 minute drive to Tenby so I great area to stay in
There is a sainsburys in Tenby aldi, lidI, Tesco and a Morrison in Haverfordwest which is about 30 min drive from site
Only down side is drinking water tap has a pipe on which could be long as most people had to lift the water carrier up to pipe which is ok when empty but not when full
I shall definitely use this site again but be warned book well in advance as site gets full quickly
If we lived nearer I would think hard about a seasonal pitch but being over 3 hours away isn't practical

Great caravan site would recommend this site on every level for convenience to all areas in Pembroke - thoroughly enjoyed our time here - when we visit area again will definitely book here again - a little gem.
Small site with plenty of facilities for the amount of people on site. The owner helped you in any way she could - even backing your caravan on to pitch if needed. Grounds kept in pristine condition

I am a writing this review whilst I am sat in my caravan at Stone Pitt on what is unfortunately a wet day.
Now the owners of Stone Pitt can not control the weather, but if they could I am certain it would be glorious.
From the first phone call to book right through they could not have been more accommodating. The site owners are supremely friendly and approachable, which on arrival makes for a great feeling that you truly are welcome.
When we arrived it was very wet, so I was asked that I unhitched my unit and allow them to site it for me to reduce the damage to the grassed areas. They will do this at anytime for free on request, however I fully understand why they requested that I allowed them to do it on this occasion as the camp is very well maintained and the less experienced caravan owners may make a mess of the grass when trying to reverse their unit in to position.
All of the pitches are hard standing and raised, which allows for excellent drainage (I can testify to this as we have had some serious rainfall!). As the pitches are all hard standing rock pegs are required should you want to erect your awning. The owners offered to loan me some rock pegs should I require them but fortunately I have enough, however if you so happen to not have enough or forget yours then it is reassuring that they are willing to help.
I had somehow managed to mislay my Aquaroll handle, and as the water point is a little distance from my pitch I asked if they happened to have a handle I could borrow. Within minutes they were back with not only a handle but also enough waste hose to ensure I could put my grey water to the pitch waste point (all pitches have grey water waste), this was fantastic as it saves that daily task of emptying the waste master. From what I can see all pitches have electric hook up and grey waste, and some have TV points.
The showers and ablutions are basic but free and more importantly clean. Shower shoes are a good idea as the floor does get quite wet in the shower rooms, I would also suggest a plastic bag to put clothes etc in as hanging space and raised surfaces are limited. I have not used the dish washing area but by the condition of the rest of the site I would imagine it too is more than satisfactory.
The site itself is on quite a slope, however as mentioned all of the pitches are raised and levelled accordingly. There are some static caravans in the bottom field that appear to be privately owned, there seems to be quite a number of seasonal pitches too, which can only be a good sign. There is a very good dog walking field on the site, although due to the amount of rainfall and the fact it is literally at the bottom of the site it was rather wet during our stay.
There is a very large children's play area with swings, a roundabout and a slide. Thee is plenty of room to kick a football around, although it is on quite a slope so Dad may find himself spending most of his time chasing the ball down hill.
All in all this is a fantastic, very clean, very well kept site. I am amazed how quiet and peacefully it is. If you are visiting the Tenby area then this site has to be considered. It offers fantastic value for money and is, in my opinion, one of the best sites I have visited. Also Folly Farm is literally a stones throw away and that is an excellent day out for all the family.
I really can not recommend this site enough.

Stayed on site for the Mayday Bank holiday. Shown to our pitch. Raised gravel with grey water drainage. Nice and flat but need the rock pegs to peg down the awning.
Very nice site. Quite in the evenings even with the children’s playground. Did seem like there was a lot of seasonal vans on the pitches which can only be a good sign if people keep coming back.
Facilities on site were pretty good. Toilet block was always spotless, free showers with plenty of hot water. The shower block doesn't seem to be heated so was a bit nippy in the evenings when I went (always quiet then). Children’s play area had a slide, some swings and a seated turning thing. Kept the kids happy for half an hour.
Owner saw me struggling to get the satellite dish working one day and offered to lend me an aerial if required. I took him up on his offer and our TV reception was definitely improved.
There are too many things to do and see in the surrounding area to mention here. We visited Saundersfoot, Tenby and spent the better part of a full day in Folly Farm (literally 2 minutes up the road from the site. We could see the giraffes from our pitch).
We really enjoyed our stay on the site and we will go back again when the weather is a bit warmer.
