Fantastic site! people who own it can not do enough for you. We camped at the bottom of the site, it was quiet. Every pitch has hard standing there, small gravel type. There was not washing up sink in this part of the site tenter's had to use the hand washing sinks!. At the top of the site facilities were fantastic. Beaches in area were out of this world. There was a good local shop five mins away. If we went there again we would ask to be pitched near the large play park.

We have just come back from staying the weekend at this campsite. I am not sure why I am the first to place a review maybe the site has not been discovered yet. We turned up late Friday night and the owner of the site greeted us and showed us to our pitch. She helped us reverse our caravan onto the hardstanding area and even offered us rock pegs if we had a problem which we didn't! The owner was very helpful and very pleasant. She was around the site at all hours whether mowing, watering the hanging baskets or cleaning the blocks. Even though the site was not level all the individual hardstanding were and also had an outlet for waste water. The site was kept in an immaculate condition and the grass was lush and green! The site was entered passed reception through a security barrier (both in and out). The toilet blocks were although not large very kept clean and one block included at a small cost hairdryers, ironing facilities, washing machine and tumble driers and the use of a freezer which was free of charge. The playground contained swings, slide and roundabout, which was also immaculate though I was picking the bark out of kids hair for a while! The pitches them shelves were very well spaced and there were no real boundaries as it was hardstanding with a lot of room between each one. All in all I recommend this site for all its facities. It is close to Oakwood Theme Park (3 miles) Folly Farm and of course the beaches without being to close to be blown about by the wind. I hope other people use this site as the owner works very hard to provide a great campsite of all to use
