We had a nice relaxing stay on the park.
Toilets are basic but are very clean. We never used the laundry but it had a washing machine and a tumble dryer too.
It’s only a 10 minutes walk in to the centre of Annan.

A small friendly site that sees regularly returning year after year. Run by Margaret who is so helpful and keeps the facilities immaculately clean.
Covid controls detailed and there’s little attention to detail items unusual for such a small site such as a few books in the cloakroom and a washer /tumble dryer facility.
The easy walk to the river a must; acres of beautiful parkland so great for dogs. You might get to listen to a football match too as Annan athletic ground next door.
There’s a Tesco’s in town, easy drive with 24 hr petrol.
Brilliant site for a great price.

A very friendly campsite with the basic amenities, but everything I required.
Located close to the town centre and some very friendly local services ( pubs/restaurants).
I would definitely use this campsite again.

A lovely campsite 5 minutes from walk from the town. Margaret, the warden, on receipt of our phone call on arrival was on site within minutes with a welcoming smile. She always recognises us. The facilities are spotless and comfortable A river walk to the pub in Bridkirk is not to be missed. The pubs and shops in Annan are good too.

A lovely little site next to the football ground. The facilities were very clean and tidy, and though we managed to blow the main fuse on the site about 5 times, ( which we found out was due to a faulty fridge ), Margaret was very very understanding, and even laughed nicely when we said we would visit again. She is a really nice lady. Annan is a busy little town, with a very good 'cheap ' off license / store, and a lovely fish n chip shop, ( although they didn't sell cod. ). We only stayed the one night, but wished it could have been more. ( still not sure Margaret would agree though ). Once again Margaret, sorry for calling you out all those times. :-)

This site has great potential but sadly it can be a nightmare at times because there is no site supervision. Margaret, the very nice lady who runs things only drops in once or twice a day and there is no control of noise or behaviour at nights. As a result, noisy drunks can keep the whole site awake into the early hours.
Siting of units is haphazard too.
On the plus side, Toilet facilities are clean and it's a relatively short walk into town.

We really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back, it's handy for weekends as we only live 20 miles away. We stayed with our 2-year-old and while there is no play area or anything, he is quite happy just playing outdoors. The toilets and showers were clean and well-maintained, although one shower in each block maybe isn't quite enough during busy periods! The site is situated right next to the football pitch (you do get a bit of noise when games are on, this didn't bother us at all but it may put some people off), but apart from that you wouldn't even know you were in a town. The centre of Annan is just a ten minute walk away and there are plenty of shops and local amenities, there are also plenty of tourist attractions within a short driving distance. Lovely park adjacent to the site. The warden was very friendly and helpful, and lent us an extension cable when ours wouldn't reach the hook-up point! Fantastic for £12. 50 a night.
