Used this nice quiet site as a stopover on way to Devon.
Very pleasant owners. Site is fully serviced pitches, with hardstandings overlooking the River Avon.
Facilities block was clean, but slightly tired, but with own full facilities in caravan the block was not needed.
Bredon Village was a bit busy when we came through :- school run, so care is needed if you have a large outfit. There is a Spar shop, but it closed pretty early.
Overall, good site off M5 for stopover trips.
Note: the water connection just has a short blue hose on, so you need your own extra hose connector to fully plumb in the water.

Stopped here on our way to Wales. Was going to stop for 2 nights but only stayed one.
Site was clean and well set out although quite small.
Toilet/showers very basic & clean.
Site owners were helpful in giving information.
Gated park which when we were there was never locked but you are given a key.
We chose this site as it was next to the river and hubby has a canoe but they wanted £10 to put it in the water from the river bank so he didn't bother. I felt it was expensive for what was there.

Visited this site for may day bank holiday with 5 other families. The site next to the river is in a beautiful location and the pitches are exceptional with large full serviced gravel/lawned pitches, very peaceful even with children running about. There isn't a play area on site but there is a park next to the campsite.
The toilet block is small but very clean and the owners are really friendly.
The village of Bredon is 2 mins walk has 2 pubs and a well stocked spar shop.
Tewkesbury is only 3 miles away and is well worth a visit. We had a great weekend and will return.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this caravan park, with family and friends. what a nice welcome we got from the owners and their helper. the pitches are superb all hard standing with water electric and waste drains. toilets and shower were very nice. nice to sit out and watch the boats go by. a short walk into the village to the spar, and the royal oak pub were you can get a take away chinese or sit in, that was very nice as well, drinks bit pricey. You must try the duck eggs and hen eggs that the owner sells, we did and they were delicious. definitely a site to go back to, and we will hopefully soon.

We collected our first caravan from Coleford and wanted to spend the weekend at a site on the way home, we picked Little meadow as it was by a river.
Well what a first pick, the site was absolutely wonderful, each pitch was hard standing with a nice lawned area next to the hard standing, it had electric, and waste, facilities at each pitch. It is a small site but each pitch is super, right on the river edge, where boats are moored.
The owners were very helpful and came to our rescue regarding our gas bottle problem,
The site is a short walk away from the fox & hounds pub & restaurant, there is also a Spar in Bredon ( 3mins walk ) we will definitely be back,

This is a charming little site set close to the edge of a river. All the pitches are “Super Pitches” - hard standings with water, waste and electric. The pitches are staggered so that everyone has a view of the river. The toilet / shower block is small and basic, it is very clean however.
The village of Bredon is just a couple of minutes walk away. There are two pubs and a Spar / post office. One of the pubs had a Chinese takeaway attached to it. We didn’t get the chance to try it ourselves, but it was popular with the locals, which is usually a good recommendation.
The small town of Tewkesbury is just a couple of minutes drive away. These are some of the things we enjoyed when we were there: the magnificent 900 year old abbey, the Saturday market and riverside walks. The abbey tea room was very cheap, very good and peaceful.
We would love to return someday.

Whatt a brilliant little site. Owners very friendly but not in your face
I think it's over priced for the facilities 1 shower and 2 loo's each. Very clean though. But similar to most sites. One sad point the mens shower was cold on a frosty morning
Local pub Fox and hounds served really nice food and the real ales went down well
Lovely quiet area to relax and chill out in. Great exploring Shakespeares county. Would stay at this site again in the summer just to spend more time on the river and surrounding countryside

We stayed at this site as a stop over to Wales. On arrival we was met by a very cheerful gentleman, who showed us our pitch and shared some local information with us. The pitch was spacious and overlooked the river. Each pitch had its own water supply.
The site was gated and secure. It was quiet, and ideal if you were into fishing. The shower/ toilet block although a bit dated was very clean and a nice layout (clothes stayed dry while showering)
A nice pub (fox and hound) was a few minutes walk with excellent food although a bit price. Ideal for adults, but would not recommend for children due to the close proximity of the river. Would highly recommend this site, and will return in the future.

We stayed here on our first night in our new (to us) caravan. After making the jump from camping we were slightly! confused with a couple of things the owners of the site were fantastic and very helpful.
The site is set in a very pretty and convenient location. It was very peaceful and we found the river front location very relaxing. The village shop was well stocked 5mins walk and the pub looked nice although we didn't go in.
Shower/toilet block very clean.
I'm sure we will be stopping here again in the future.

We booked to stay here for 2 nights on our way to Devon as we couldn't get into out next site till the Monday so we stayed here for the weekend.
What a beautiful little place my boys (4 & 7) loved it. I think there are only 14 pitches (all super-pitches) and they all face the canal so you have river boats of various sizes going up and down all day.
The owner is truly delightful, very helpful & friendly.
My boys even got to play with her grandchildren when they came to visit on the Sunday.
This site was very reasonably priced, beautifully maintained, very close to the motorway (without being noisy), in the middle of a lovely village and very near to Tewksbury town - which is great although the Chinese takeaway was dire!
I would recommend this site as a great place to stop over on your way to somewhere else, it probably wouldn't be enough for a weeks holiday - us having two young boys, as there wasn't a play area, and no other children, but it didn't matter for a lovely weekend.
The only thing is, it is by a canal with no railings, so Nanny Alert has to be a 'red card', but good parents don't need to be told how to look after children near water, ours are well trained, but even still, I never took my eyes off them for a second. On the other hand, I did let them explore near the water, but never without me.
