We chose this site because we wanted to visit the Bournemouth and New Forest area. The location suited us as it was far enough from Bournemouth airport to not be bothered by the aircraft noise.
Access to and from the site is easy with a short single track lane leading to the entrance which is easy to find from the main road.
The on site staff were very welcoming and sorted the check in and pitch allocation process efficiently and politely.
The pitches all appeared to be large and flat with the grass being nicely trimmed.
The shower facilities were very clean although there is only 3 shower stalls in the gents so expect a little wait if the site is busy.
I can't comment on the wash-up or laundry facilities as we didn't use either.
We did go to the local pub (The three Legged Cross) for a quick drink and this seemed very nice and the food we saw being served looked very good even though we didn't eat.
Being next door to the country park and golf course was very handy for both the children and ourselves.
In the field next door on the sunday was a huge car boot sale which was a good way to while away a couple of hours.
If there was any criticism it would be that there seemed to be a bit of 'This is our site' from the children of the seasonal groups which was demonstrated by the 'Get off our playground' when our children wanted to go and play.
The only other tiny issue was that on one morning there was no hot water in the shower but I think this was being sorted out.
Overall we would recommend this site for it's location, cleanliness and politeness of the staff and we would definitely consider returning if we chose to holiday in the area again

We have been going to Woolsbridge Manor for a few years. We always go back because:
1) The pitches are a really good size
2) The pitches are all flat and beautifully maintained
3) We have younger kids and stay near the play area (which has recently been renovated and is excellent even for my fussy 8 year old!)
4) It is a really friendly site, with freedom for the kids as car drivers very considerate and slow
5) You can ride bikes!
6) 10 minute walk through the back tracks to the wonderful Moors Valley Country Park
7) Proximity to lots of activities, Steam railways, beaches etc
8) It is perfectly clean, the shower blocks and toilets are excellent size, well lit, immaculate, and there is even a family room, that is large and great for family showers with young ones
9) The caravan pitches are lovely too, we are thinking of buying a year round pitch a bit further from the play area for next few years as kids are older now.
10) Well organised, extremely helpful staff on site and flexible to our needs, really grateful for help :)
In our experience this is the best campsite in this area for caravans or tents, permanent pitches or seasonal and we love our trips to Woolsbridge :) x The ONLY thing we would love to have here would be a pool;)

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this site. In 40 years of caravaning it must be said that the Wardens, Ann and Shane, are the nicest, most accommodating, most friendly, most helpful, most approachable and most welcoming we have met. They made our stay very memorable and as a result of their dedication we will return to this site again.
The site is nicely situated within a working farm. It is peaceful and well spaced out. It is tidy and well maintained - presumably by the wardens. There is a little shop within the reception, which caters for basic requirements and there are convenience stores nearby.
There is a a well maintained amenities block with the ususal washing, shower, toilet etc etc facilities.
In my opinion it could do with some hard standing pitches. This is a preference and not a criticism.
I highly recommend this site.

This August we camped (4 days)at Woolsbridge Manor Farm, our party consisted of four adults two children and a dog. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by a friendly couple, they gave us clear information about the site rules, facilities and local information. We had two electric pitches, the ground was flat and the area generous. The toilet block was immaculately clean no matter what time of the day. The children's play area seemed relatively new and was perfect for all ages. The nicest thing about the site other than the cleanliness and adequate facilities was Shane and Anne, no matter how busy they were they were always eager to help with advice. Each night they walked around the site checking that all was well, bidding us good night, it made us feel really safe. First thing in the morning you would see them both busily working away, yet they still made time to bid you a good morning, checking that everything was ok. This site is a perfect base for beaches, country walks (moors valley country Park is 15 minute walk from the site)local country pubs. This is one of the nicest sites we ve stayed on, in the 27 years we ve been camping. It would be nice if every site had a Shane and Anne.

Just returned from a weeks camping, first visit to this site. Wardens were very friendly and helpful. Site/toilets and showers were all kept clean. Only three showers had to wait some mornings. Wardens walked around site to make checks regularly. Gates shut at 11pm for security. No Wi-Fi, facilities for freezing ice packs for a small fee. On site shop closed at 6pm. Good size plots. Ideally situated for Poole and Bournemouth.

I originally planned to visit in early July, whilst attending a training course in Bournemouth, but had a problem and couldn't attend. I telephoned the site to explain I couldn't come, expecting to lose my fees. I was so surprised (pleasantly) when the warden said No! She then told me to re-arrange for when I could come down. So we did.
When we arrived we were given a pitch quite close to the toilet/shower block as my wife suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and told where the water and chemical disposal points are. The site is LOVELY, the staff are GREAT and so helpful. The facilities are bright and kept spotlessly clean, the shop is small and only stocks essentials, but local shops stock everything else, so it's sufficient.
Would we go again? Try and stop us!
We'll see you there!

We arrived the first week of the school holidays, we were greeted by a young gentleman who was helpful and friendly. Even helped us out with some ant powder for some unwanted guests on our pitch which we found just after pitching the tent!
We were close to the playground, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance.
Its location is great with the short trip to Moors Valley and the local pub is fantastic.
During our stay we had no mobile phone reception on the 3 network (not the campsites fault), so site WiFI would be a great improvement.
Toilets tidy and clean, all round a great friendly site.

Just returned from an enjoyable stay at Woolsbridge Manor. The couple who oversee the site, do this with attention to detail and are on hand to help out if required. This is more than a job to them which is clear for all to see. The pitch sizes are highly recommended as these are v big particularly if you have an extra large tent and awning. The site has lots of residents who make there pitched there own lovable space including illuminations on an evening. The facalitues are good, clean, tidy and adventure playground. The setting is 1st class for the moors/forest and the coast. Highly recommended and we will be looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Just returned from a lovely week at Woolsbridge Manor Farm Caravan Park.
Positives:
Huge pitches on a flat site.
Lovely clean facilities (there aren't that many showers, but I never had to queue)including a laundry room.
Noisy kids on site were politely moved back to their caravan / tent and quietened down before 10pm (the wardens ask for quiet between 9. 30pm and 9am).
Helpful, friendly staff.
Great access to West Moors Country Park and the Castleman Trailway (cycle route).
Good road links and access to the New Forest and also Bournemouth / Poole / Dorset.
Negatives:
The area next door to the campsite (by the banger racing track) is not that picturesque, but as a route into Moor Valley it is very useful.
There was some noise from a neighbouring digger / machinery (not farm machinery) and vehicle horns.
No WIFI / limited phone signal.
I'd like to return here next year.

A warm welcome and introduction to the sites facilities on arrival. Overall an excellent site with large pitches with electric hookup for your convenience. Helpful staff which are always happy to help with any issue you may have.
The showers and toilet facilities were kept clean everyday, with a laundrette and washing up facilities available at all times.
Small shop selling the essentials, gas bottles, camping stuff, food and of course not forgetting the wide selection of sweets which keeps those kids happy. There is access to footpaths which take you to Moores valley country park as well as a good food pub all of which are in walking distance.
All pitches are level and well maintained including a child friendly play park.
Overall an excellent site and would recommend to others.
