Arrived at this little gem 6th July for one week with my daughter, her friend and my 5 month old grand daughter.

Site was easy to find with good entrance.

The pitches are pretty flat with only minor adjustments on ramps required. All the pitches were spacious with plenty of room all around our motorhome, which was great as it was a very hot week and gave us the opportunity of a shaded to the rear, which was essential for the baby (and me).

There are quite a lot of seasonal pitches, These seem to be occupied more over the weekends, they were all happy friendly people.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to give information on places to visit etc.

Poole is a lovely town to visit, my daughter and her friend went to Bournemouth (2 buses) and really had a great day, enjoyed their fish & chips at the Harry Ramsdon restaurant.

There is a boot fare on sunday, accessible from the rear of the campsite without going on roads and the Three Leggeged Cross pub/restaurant, which we would recommend, with just one road to cross. Access into Moores Valley Park is just a bit further than the boot fare, the girls went on the Go Ape, there is also a junior one which I took my 7 and 8 year old grandchildren on back in June. The park itself is lovely with fun trails for the children, picnic areas, cafe etc.

The toilet/shower block was always clean and in good condition. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in this block. The is a small shop at reception which covers the basics.

There is a play area for the children with slides and wooden climbing frames etc

A mobile fish and chip van came on Friday at 6pm, I guess he does that all season, and very nice they were too.

Will definitely be back to stay at this lovely peaceful campsite in the future.

For motorhome users with onboard water tanks, the water supply can be quite far away (my 2 hoses wouldn't reach mine) so fill up at the tap but don't forget to take a water barrel along for topping up.

Beautiful quiet campsite near Ringwood. The site is well maintained and well managed. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much for them. Toilet blocks are well designed and are regularly cleaned through out the day.

The site is near the Moors Park with good access either on foot or by bike which negates paying car parking. In the park are lots of activities for young children, teenagers and adults.

An excellent pub serving good food just down the road.

There are several supermarkets nearby

Will be back

We had a weekend family reunion camping at this site with 5 pitches being booked.

Friendly and very helpful team running the site, extremely accommodating with our arrangements, huge pitches and clean facilities.

Many of the pitches seemed to be blocked-booked for the season and so had caravans on them but nobody there during our visit, so it felt very quiet - great!

We walked to Moors Valley park from the site (easy footpath out back of campsite) and we walked to a nearby pub for food one evening. For me, its great to be able to do all these things without using the car all weekend.

Many sites won't take group bookings - but we behaved ourselves, respected others around us and will probably make this an annual event at Woolsbridge Manor.

Yes, happy to recommend it.

Yes, we would be delighted to return.

Have just stopped at this site twice (for 2 nights on the way to Poole and 1 night on the way back)

Cracking site. Large flat pitches. Site was easy to find and access from the main road. Very friendly staff (who gave us a great tip about some of the activities in Poole along the Quay).

Great location - Moors valley is very family friendly and easy to access from the site (either down the road or via a farm track). There's even a dis-used railway line that take you straight in to Ringwood as well if you're on foot or 2 wheels.

There's also a very large car boot a short hop away for those who like to mooch or try and find a bargain.

Good clean facilities. There were some heating issues with the water on a first stay - but all had been resolved when we returned.

Would very happily recommend. I'd even give the weather 10 as well.

It's hard to add anything to the previous reviewers. We spent a week here over half term and found it to be a great site.

Pitches were spacious enough for our 8 man tent and you didn't feel that you were overlooked or encroaching on other people's space. Great playground for the kids. Wardens very friendly and helpful, loos and shower blocks kept clean and tidy. A great site for families as kids were safe cycling around on their bikes. There's also a washing machine (£3 I think) and tumble dryer (£1 for 15 mins) and iron (?) if you need them.

Great access to Moors Valley via a rutted farm track - we cycled there and around the park several times. Short walk to the excellent Three Legged Cross pub (Vintage Inn) - food, drink, atmosphere and staff were all great.

Minor grumbles are that the lights went out in the toilet block at 10pm as well as the hand-dryers. I understand that it is to minimise noise/power usage but is a bit of a shock if you are in the room at the time! Hot water was also a bit luke-warm but seemed plentiful.

They really are minor points about a great campsite, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of May and we were very lucky with the weather! Lovely site, very spacious, neatly mown flat pitches. We were pitched opposite the well equipped play area which was great for keeping an eye on the children. Direct cycle access from the site via a bridlepath straight into Moors Valley Country Park - well worth a visit (you might need a day or two!). Wardens were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back again!

Just returned from our first camping experience. Absolutely loved the site and the kids (14 months, 5 years and 6 years) had an absolute ball. The facilities were superb and the cycle path to Moors Valley a definite winner. The children made lots of friends and we found everyone to be really friendly. We will definitely be back. The lack of wi-fi/3G made it a bit tricky to plan days out but was also a welcome relief from the rat race of normal life. We visited Moors Valley, Honeybrook farm and the beach, all within easy proximity x

Just spent a weekend here with friends. It was our first stay but they have been a number of times before. The wardens were helpful and friendly. When we booked, they helped us choose suitable pitches. They were very welcoming on our arrival and were friendly when we saw them around the site throughout the weekend.

The toilet/shower/laundry block was always clean and we never had to queue. The shower cubicles were a good size so no soggy shoes or clothes! As noted in other reviews, the water pressure was a bit inconsistent but I cannot fault the facilities other than that, so it's not really a big deal.

The site was very well maintained. There were a lot of seasonal pitches which can sometimes change the atmosphere of a site but everyone we met was friendly and chatty.

Our children (5 & 7 years old) enjoyed the play area.

It was great to be able to access Moors Valley Country park. It took us 15/20mins to walk it but would be easy by bike (something to pack for next time). Check with the warden before you set out because it is not well signposted and we only knew where to go because our friends had been before. It is a great place and well worth a visit. There are trails, play areas, narrow gauge train and Go Ape. Free to get in but I believe you pay for car parking if you drive there - no need to from this site.

We stayed here with some friends and had a great time at this friendly site. This was our first night away in the campervan, so wanted somewhere with good facilities and not too far from home should we have had a problem.

The site warden was very helpful and friendly both on the phone prior to arrival and once on site. The facilities were all clean and modern and the small shop has the essentials, plus a good sized camping store not far away. Both our son and our friends' boys (ages 3-6) enjoyed the play park which was right opposite our pitch and they had plenty of room to run, cycle and play football safely. As others have commented, the majority of the pitches are occupied through the season, but there was still plenty of room for tourers.

The main attraction for us was its proximity to Moors Valley Country Park which is a short 10 minute bike ride or 20-30 minute walk along a bridleway. Also, the Three Legged Cross pub (10 minute walk) is highly recommended - really good food and a range of local beers. It can get busy on a weekend, so either go early or book in advance.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, will certainly be back and highly recommend this site to others.

This was our first visit to this site and we really really enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a friendly welcome and the staff jiggled the pitches around so that we could be near the children's play area. This was a real bonus as meant we could see them from the tent.

The site was well maintained. Toilets and showers clean and I didn't have to queue once. As the previous poster says, the water pressure isn't great but that's only a small thing.

Children's play Area was good although there were lots of stinging nettles which did let things down somewhat. My daughter got stung three times. It just needs someone to strim them down as otherwise was fine.

The site had a lovely family feel and after 9 there really was very little noise about which is great if you've got young children. Another real bonus to this site is the off road cycle/foot paths to moors valley and also the local pub. It meant that my 7 year old could cycle without us worrying about the roads (also saved on the £5 parking costs too at moors valley)

The campsite has a secure barrier entry which you access with an electronic fob. There is a small shop on site which is also handy where you can get the usual tea, milk, bread etc as well as Ice creams, freeze ice packs and so forth.

All in all, we had a great time. Was very pleased with our stay, and the only let down were the nettles!
