 Good location close to Harrogate.

Lovely and peaceful (apart from the owls!).

Fairly basic facilities. Great communication from Jim prior to visit.

Good pub within a mile of the site.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful well maintained campsite.

The owner there to greet us on arrival direct us too our pitch and happy to help.

Facilities limited but, well looked after bearing in mind this is a working farm.

Be back again, no hesitation. Ideal spot for surrounding areas Harrogate, Knaresborough and Skipton

Great man Jim he couldn't be more helpful.

Beautiful surroundings. Went to the local pub and the food was amazing.

This is a very difficult review for me to write. Jim is a great guy and the farm campsite is absolutely perfect, but and a big but is the facilities. Not a problem if you have a caravan or a camper van, but if you’re camping, which we were,

The facilities ie the shower block etc are simply not good enough. One shower and no where to simply wash and brush your teeth etc and also no where to wash your dishes.

A real shame as the campsite is in a beautiful setting and Jim is a top man. I loved this site, but unfortunately I won’t be back until the shower block is updated.

Management response: This reviewer has left comments about the lack of washing up facilities etc. This is unfair given its clearly stated on the 'facilities icon'. The man ought to admit to not choosing a campsite suited to him if these facilities were important to him.

I'm also surprised to hear reference to a lack of facilities for teeth brushing given there are wash hand basins in each w/c cubicle'.

As other reviews have said, don’t judge the campsite by the photo as it’s much better than that! We stayed one night and found the campsite delightful.

Quiet, with basic but perfectly good facilities. We will return next time we are at Harrogate.

If you like rural campsites with sheep and sky this is one for you.

 Loved the very peaceful site.

Super clean, nice free use of fire pits (washing machine drums)

Reasonably priced.

Would highly recommend if you want some time away.

Ideally located for days out too.

Beautiful location. Jim and Claire will go out of their way to accommodate you.

The campsite is set in quiet beautiful countryside, adequate facilities for a peaceful break away.

Excellent value for money.

 Peace and quiet personified,

Basic facilities but spotless,

Very pleasant and helpful owner,

Pretty flat grass field and some hardstanding pitches,

No traffic noise at all just the sounds of nature,

Will definitely return.
