Really enjoyed our stay on this working farm, very peaceful, just the sheep, peacocks and hens for company.

You would be hard pressed to find a nicer man than Jim the owner,

We would definitely recommend this site for an overnight stay or longer.

Lovely campsite, we were welcomed and shown to our pitch which was adequate.

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, toilet and shower were clean.

Good location for walking and cycling

Lovely small quiet site away only a short drive to Harrogate. One clean shower room and 2 loos, firepits and wood for sale too.

No washing up facilities but we had EHU and boiled a kettle and used the washing up bowl so it was no problem at all.

Would stay here again as it is so peaceful and secluded.

Jim the owner was really helpful when booking.

Cracking little campsite, well away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely and peaceful and 10. 30 noise cut off, well adhered to, apart from the sheep (who haven't cottoned on yet 😁).

Facilities are basic but all that you need and Jim opened up an extra toilet when it got a little busier.

Lovely pub, The Queens Head within walking distance. Great food anàd friendly atmosphere. Cant wait visit again.

Lovely site with a real personal touch by Jim, the owner. From the welcome, pitch selection, this clean site is a gem.

The toilet/shower block is basic but clean and the plentiful site area is kept clean n tidy.

Great to see so many camp fires in pits that Jim has on site ready for use and so many BBQ’s on the go.

Great area for both a run and ride out (if you like hills 😉).

All this on a working farm 🐓 🐑 🐈 🦚

Just a one night stay to meet with family after lockdown.

Made to feel very welcome by the owners. Very peaceful site (apart from the howling gale going on but can't blame the site for the weather!).

Clean basic facilities although we avoided using on request since we had our own. Able to park motorhome on hard standing next to large grassy area to pitch accompanying tent.

Can't really rate surrounding area as didn't visit.

Would stay again :)
