What a lovely little site,
Toilet block spot on and cleaned twice a day,
A nice open barn for picnicking, breakfast and general socialising, a large barn with free to use table tennis tables, a couple of good quality table football games and a couple of good quality child/adult peddle go carts.
Two freezers in the open barn free to use for food storage, free tea and coffee at the reception just take you own mug, you can get a croissant or pain au raisin for breakfast if you pre order,
Also on a Friday night there’s a bbq at a very fair price if you pre order,
The general state of the site was absolutely spot on a couple of glamping units and another under construction,
We found every body happy and friendly on this site,
Situated sort of halfway between Ipswich and Lowestoft,
Our pitch had more than enough room for a camper with a sun canopy and awning, one price for the pitch and like a breath of fresh air the the owners DONT make a charge for every thing you need to put up,
They have so much to offer and a lot of it is free of charge,
A great site for couples, families well geared up for the kids,
Nice quiet
No light pollution so you can see the star’s at night.
We will most definitely be making a return visit.

We really enjoyed our time at the Croft farm.
It’s a friendly site with a buzz, especially great for children during the holidays but I imagine just as good for couples during the term time.
All of our children, between ages 1 and 11, enjoyed the site and had plenty to do.
The covered barn seating area is a lifesaver in wet weather and all the facilities are very clean. Guy and Maria are super welcoming and always ready to help out.
The site is ideally located for many many brilliant attractions and days out, including Framlingham castle, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold and Sutton Hoo.
Will definitely return!

Wonderful site with great facilities. Nice and quiet and set in a wonderful area.
I would say that the nearest village is a short drive away and there is a pub and a supermarket.
Toilets and showers clean all the time and extra facilities had been laid on due to Covid 19. Large barn area with fridge and freezers. Nice playground and go-karts that were a big hit with all the children.
Would recommend and will be returning.

Devotion to providing a great holiday still the first consideration from Guy and Maria :-)
We charged the electric car on-site, kids made plenty of friends and we had some good days on the beaches.

We had a wonderful stay again ! Consistently good high standards. Nothing too much trouble for owners.
Plenty of space for children to play and the grandchildren loved the go-carts, table football and table tennis.
Lovely pub in Laxfield. Close to Framlingham and many coastal resorts.
Can’t wait to visit again !
Thanks Maria and Guy

Couple aged 78 and 81. Absolutely nothing to dislike! It was the most friendly campsite we've been on - everyone talked to everyone else, and I think this is a spin-off from the owners - who were chatting with everyone as they wandered round, delivering fire pits and logs etc.
The site is flat, well kept, uncrowded, not a lot of shade yet but the trees and hedges are there and will grow.
The toilet block is amongst the best we've seen - nice big cubicles. (Beaten only by one in Albania which looked as though it came from Harrods showrooms!)
Hot croissants and pains au chocolet every morning, cooked on site. Next visit we'll try to include a barbecue night or a breakfast day.
The ride-on buggies were well used by all the children and some of the grown-ups.
A slight annoyance was the walk along the river Blyth, in this weather reduced to a few puddles. It's in scrambly woods with not much in the way of signs - we got a bit lost but I'm sure it was good for us!
Will definitely be here again.

A warm welcome from Maria on arrival! The ready tent and cooking tent were perfect. My daughter, grandson and I had an enjoyable visit to the Croft.
The facilities are excellent; very clean and warm, which we appreciated as the weather was cold!
The go-karts were a great hit. It was a wrench to leave them. Everything was there for us and the fire pit was fantastic. We even borrowed crabbing equipment and successfully caught 10 crabs. The chocolate croissants are warm and delicious.
We would certainly visit again.

We were very impressed by the warm welcome we were given by Maria and Guy;
Pitches were flat and well spaced out, the washing up room and bathrooms, regularly cleaned and there were lots of little touches that made a massive difference to our comfort like readily available hot water in Reception.
And the location is fantastic! The site is surrounded by undulating green meadows and spectacular beaches a short drive away.
This is my second visit and I'm looking forward to staying longer next time.

Lovely medium sized level site with great toilet/shower block.
Spacious pitches with well mown grass and small hedges. Hosts cook BBQs and breakfasts and there was a scrambling wall and play area for the kids.
All in all top class and a very enjoyable stay. The only small issue we had was that the bagged wood supplied for the fire pit seemed rather damp and smokey but I expect this was just our bag.
Good location for the coast and inland Suffolk only 40 miles from where we live but I am sure we will go again.
