This site is efficiently run, clean and tidy. Set between the road (Craignure to Salen) and the loch side, there can be a bit of road noise but good views are possible from many pitches.
Once the site is full it might be hard to see past the vans, awnings etc on some. Maybe you can choose your pitch before arrival, don't know.
It's £28 pnt EHU. Wifi and mobile signal was not great for us but might be OK for others.
It's all orderly but maybe too many people in peak season for us. Decent spacing but busy feeling when site is full. Handy for the ferry from Craignure or Fishnish.
Just along the road you'll find the Glenforsa Hotel for food and drink and there's a pre-order take away place called Taste of Mull nearby. For other options it's Salen where there's a Spar, cafe, pub/hotel etc.
Mull is beautiful with lots to see and do.

New site with lovely views over the Sound of Mull.
Only two showers for women, don't know if it's the same for men, but a few more would have been better.
Very clean however and other facilities all fine.

Newish family run site in scenic location, views over to the mainland. Has hardstandings and tent areas. Reasonable size pitches and hardstanding new and pretty hard!
New toilet block kept very clean
Very friendly staff.
Short walk to nearby Glenforsa hotel for the bar or meals, good food.
About 1 1/2 miles into Salen for wee shopping and cafes.
Bus will stop at site entrance either in Tobermoray direction or Craignure.

We spent 3 nights on this beautiful campsite,
Fiona and her family could not be more pleasant & helpful, they all work hard to keep the campsite amazingly clean which must be a difficult task at times, but they are always on hand to answer any questions you throw at them,
But of course it’s the amazing location the site is situated in absolutely beautiful
I’m sure penny gown has many returning happy campers, well done to Fiona & team 🏴🏴👍👍

Perfect location, all facilities well kept and clean. Car park space available for any vehicle type.
It would be better if there was any store or bar nearer so that more suppliers could be available for guests.
Apart from that I'm very pleased from this stay.

Spotlessly clean, friendly, quiet despite its proximity to the toad, amazing views over the sound.
Maybe a bit too ‘organised’ for our tastes but would stay again.

Great location, very helpful on site staff, good clean well managed facilities.
Hard standings are HARD, if you have a drive away awning ensure you have good quality ground spikes not bendy standard tent pegs they wont cut it.
Hope to return next year.
