This site is in a beautiful setting right next to the beach and is maintained to a very high standard. The majority of people on the site are in statics which means the immaculate facilities tend to be used by those under canvas or in a caravans resulting in no queues for showers. There is also a fridge and freezer where you can keep your beer cool on the off chance the weather is warm!The statics are in one large field and the tourers, vans and tents in another. This campsite is bookings only and it is difficult to get space as the same people go at the same time every year resulting in peek times being booked a year in advance. My only criticism is that there is very little to do here if the weather makes the beach miserable as there does not seem to be any local walks or hostelries nearby and the nearest towns have little to offer. If the weather is kind though this site is fantastic.
