Fabulous campsite all round, toilets and showers were immaculate
We were greeted on arrival by a staff member asking us if we had found everything we needed
Campsite kept really tidy
Beautiful pub 2 minutes walk away, sadly being bank holiday it was always busy so didn’t get in but you could book
Will definitely rebook to go back
Lovely walks and plenty of gorgeous views
We went with our 3 daughters who have toured and their husbands also 7 children aged between 12 and 1

Nice campsite. new showers and bathroom facilities, very clean and tidy
My only complaint would be the grass had been cut and loose grass left which badly carries on shoes and the grass was also a bit long, needed cutting again
Other then that good service and location
Play park was closed for our grandchildren

Grass pitches have excellent view of the castle and surrounding area however hard standing pitches overlook pub car park.
Toilet block should have been opened but upgrading obviously taking longer than anticipated but from what I saw it will be great.
No signage with regards to whereabouts of fresh water tap and waste/chemical toilet disposal area which could also do with upgrading.
No designated bin in which to place filled doggy poo bags.
Security good even though remote entry as needed a code to access both site and toilet block
Despite the above had a nice stay

On the whole great! Obviously recovering and restarting from a lock down world and ultimately will get better.
Couple of points, I accept it was a busy Bank Holiday weekend for the adjoining Pub Business but it would be advisable for the top end of the car park and turn in area to be kept clear of cars, it makes access to the campsite very difficult for touring units.
The grass had been freshly cut, it would have been nice if the cut grass had have been raked or collected to prevent it being dragged into caravans.
Otherwise, great value and fantastic setting.

Lovely flat pitches and a great view of Belvoir castle. Beautiful walks along the canal.
The pub is great for good pub grub.
I do hope that Belvoir castle camping are going to take this opportunity to upgrade their shower & toilet block as they were in a grim state when we visited last year

Lovely location next to the Dirty Duck pub. Views of the Belvoir castle from site. Plenty of walks and off road cycling.
Water and chemical waste are located through the bottom of the car park near the canal trust depot. It’s not sign posted though. The toilets and washing up area for the campsite is undergoing renovation ( although there was no work man /trades people there when we were).
Food at the pub was delicious and the staff friendly. And it’s dog friendly.

The campsite was very clean and well laid out. Had trouble of no electricity on hardstanding area, rang the office the receptionist was amazing and passed on the number for maintenance to come and sort it.
I rang the maintenance number left a message, no one contacted us or returned our call which was disappointing 😕. Luckily we had a long electric hookup wire we managed to throw it over the hedge and use a hookup on otherside.
The showers were clean and tidy but the door to the shower area was broken so nt secure. The dirty duck pub was very accommodating and very welcoming.
All in all we enjoyed ourselves, If a few of the problems are rectified I will go again.

Simple but everything you need. Hot showers. Great views of Belvoir castle. Pub on the doorstep. We will definitely be back.
Rained heavily whilst we were here but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. Great place to bring dogs too.

Great views of the castle from the campsite.
Location is perfect for walks and of course the pub, which serves good pub grub.

I wouldn't call this a site, this is a kept field with a few E/H points.
No organisation on the field, just pitch where you can really, with no one to meet or speak to, just a phone number, which wasn't answered.
If you are happy with this then there are no issues.
Toilet/shower block was ok, 2 showers and 3 toilets for the ladies.
The advantage was a great pub straight next door, which served fantastic food and great beers.
Easy base to walk to Belvoir castle, only 2 miles away.
Would I go back, definitely!
