 Canny little site, nicely maintained and tidy. We just stayed overnight, the site was empty. I can see a problem if it was full as there is only one shower/toilet, this was clean and tidy, the shower costs 50p.
The owners were helpful and friendly and the pub itself is charming and oldy worldy, on a downside they do not do food. Leyburn itself is a 10 min walk and there are several pubs and eateries, we opted for the chinese which was very nice and quite cheap. Overall we would return, it`s a child free site and costs £7 without a hook up.

This caravan site is well located practically next door to the Pheasant pub. However the entrance to the site is extremely tight and large units will struggle to get round the bend and through the stone posts at the side of the gate. Toilet facilities are limited with one loo. So if you are desperate forget it. Very small and pitches close together. Not my cup of tea!

We have stayed at this site quite a few times now, its a level site set behind the Pheasant Inn pub. Nice walk into layburn its self which has everything you need. Lots of walks to do and enjoy the scenery. Very pleasant site not very big that's why we are finding it so hard to get booked up again

Very nice few days and john and his wife makes you feel welcome,lots of friendly people on site. Walks lovely especially into middleham.
Leyburn has a few nice places to eat and a market on a Friday.
Will be there next weekend again
