Lovely site, well maintained and excellent value for money. Low amperage but not an issue for me.
The pub is great too, a small country pub where dogs and kids are welcome. Shame it's not open for longer hours during the day but wholly understandable.
The pub and site are cash only, bring £1 coins for the shower.
Thank you Carol for looking after me. Me and the dogs will definitely be back.

Just turned up on the off chance they had room and luckily they did. A great welcome and so helpful getting us settled even though he was just going out. Small basic site ten minute walk from Leyburn had all the essentials, hook up, one shower and toilet, waste and water.
50p for a long shower. The site is just behind the pub which is on the A684, a busy road but not to noisy at night. Anybody who likes old world pubs with heaps of character then this is the place, good beer and everyone very friendly. No food, music or Tv to spoil the conversation. Its a must visit site and one I will return too. £12 with Electric, Bargain !

Fabulous warm and welcoming owners. Nice quiet site, Has unlimited hot water for a shower (50P) if you want it and a nice clean toilet. Handy for the pub if you want a drink and no tills in there, just a cash drawer! Nice old fashioned pub so not suitable if you want noisy night life but a nice quiet and clean site in the countryside I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

Just returned from this lovely site. What a find if you want a ''no frills'' clean well kept site with it's own traditional pub 1 mile from Leyburn look no further. John and Kath are excellent hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. The site is well drained, flat and is kept immaculate 1 toilet and wash basin(no hot water) 1 shower room 50p charge for never ending hot water. One caravan and electric £12 per night. The Pub is very Olde Worlde good beer and conversation.
The location is an easy 20 mins walk into Leyburn across the road is a lovely waterfall. We found the whole area very dog friendly making is easy to eat out and enjoy a drink with your dogs. Only one slight problem 1kw water heaters will not run on the electric so we used gas and there are no facilities for children ie no play area or activities on site.

Small and very friendly site, very welcoming. The owners could not do enough for us from the minute we arrived, the pitchers are very spacious and level. The site is well located from leyburn just a short walk, nice pubs and shops, market held on fri. The owners John and Kath made us feel that we had know them forever and were great host's in the pheasant inn in the evening, dogs are also welcome in the pub and all locals were very friendly. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Fabulous little site with a fantastic old pub with real open fires owed by a extremely friendly couple john and kath. The site is straight over the road from a beautiful waterfall. One mile away is the village of layburn with plenty of cafes and pubs and restaurants to choose from. Lthe site as a small block with one toilet and one shower which is plenty for the size of the site.

Our 3Rd visit to this lovely, well kept site. At in the beautiful surroundings of wensleydale and only a short stroll into the market town of Leyburn, which is great for local pubs and shops. This site is very well kept and has a a traditional country pub on site which is very welcoming. A nice stroll through the village of Harmby across the road and it's stunning waterfall. All in all, a great site, super location and great friendly owners and locals.

Excellent site. Stayed for one night only, would have stayed longer if I didn't have other commitments. Owners very obliging, could not be more helpful. As mention before no meals available in pub, so take your own. Very peaceful site. Leyburn market town is 1 mile away. I will return here whenever I'm in the area.

My husband and I have just returned from this site after a 6 day break and absolutely loved it. The owners were so friendly and also run a quaint country pub on site. The site itself is kept immaculate with John regularly mowing and strimming the lawn. There is only 1 toilet and 1 shower but we found this was not a problem at all. Peaceful and tranquil are the words I would use to describe this site. The surrounding area has many lovely walks, useful if you have 2 dogs with you as we did and plenty of places to drive to. Leyburn is only a short walk away with plenty of shops and pubs that you can even take your dogs in whether its for a meal or just a drink. All in all can't wait to go back, already booked a few days in July.
