Just stayed here for two nights and thought it was great value for money. Though the facilities are limited they are kept clean and the staff were very helpful. Site security was very good. The pub was within 10mins walk and had a brilliant meal, A good stroll down to the beach but you have to be very vigilant of the cars as it was fairly busy, don't attempt after dusk ! We will certainly go here again. Price will vary, but starts from £10 per night w/o car, and note ex cars and electric hook ups are at an extra cost.

This is a small site with basic facilities. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Toilets (4) and showers (2) are clean, free and well maintained. Although rural there are ample amenities close by in Kewstoke village. Within walking distance of Sand Bay where there is a frequent bus service into Weston-Super-Mare. Excellent value for money at £12 per night (£3 extra for electric hook up). Would highly recommend this site as a base for exploring the area. Ideal site for couples.

I just had to write to say what a great time we had at Rose Tree.

We arrived here to stay for one week and as we hadn't done any camping on 'real' campsites [only YHA ones] we were really surprised.

A friendly welcome From Donna the owner and Alan and a really nice, well kept site was introduced to us. Everything we wanted [except the weather] was fine. The toilets were very clean and in truth the electric shower had more pressure that one at home. A joy to use.

The site wasn't to busy so we had a really lovely pitch in the corner of the field. Our little dog Alfie [Jack Russell] thought it was fantastic.

A lovely quite holiday really, two or three pubs nearby, two meals for one etc, lovely beach and fine walks. Local shops have everything and this site is just off the motorway.

Didn't use hookups but plenty around.

Highly recommended and we are going back.

I stayed on this site for 5 months while working in the area. I found it to be well run and very peaceful. Lovely location, close to amenities of Weston Super Mare and Worle but far enough out to be very peaceful.
There was a combination of tents and tourers and plenty of hook ups available. Had some lovely walks on the beach at Sand Bay. There is a good pub just up the road where food is reasonably priced and takeaways are available locally in Worle.
The owner is very friendly and approachable and was very helpful in those unexpected crisis moments - running out of gas etc! I do not have a dog but I know the site welcomes dogs, and there is an exercise area for them. There seemed to be quite a few regular visitors so I think I am not the only one who has every intention of going back!

If you want a nice quiet break in some lovely countryside amongst friendly people and at a very reasonable nightly rate,I can highly recommend this site!

I visited this campsite last year and again earlier this year, as usual there was a friendly welcome and atmosphere. Although the facilities are basic they are kept clean and in good working order.
Whilst the park is situated in a sloping field there are a number of flat pitches and shaded areas and most pitches have electric hook-ups. The spacing between units is generous in comparison to other sites I have visited and there is a genuine feeling of being in the open countryside.
The park is easily accessed from junction 21 off the M5, but you need to take care driving down the approach lane as the site entrance is located on a blind left handed bend. Although there are a number of amenities close to hand, others require a short car journey to reach. Overall the park offers value for money and a stress free quiet break. I will definitely be returning for another visit during the season.

Visited the site after having stayed there about 8 years ago. Still as pleasant as ever. Very friendly reception and even after I tripped the hook up breaker the chap was ready to come and sort it out.
Toilet and shower blocks are small and basic but kept spotlessly clean and the showers easy to use.
The site itself is small and off the main road but convenient to the M5 Junction 21; take care though if towing a caravan as Norton Lane is narrow in places.
Take your bikes if you can as there are some nice rides locally -  a visit to Woodsprings Priory is worth the trip.
Ther is a little local store in Kewstoke and a retail park including Sainsburys a short ride away (with the cheapest petrol and diesel in the area). Weston super mare is about 4 miles away and an open top bus goes there from the sea front at frequent intervals all day.
