 A beautiful, small site, mostly static caravans, space for a few tents. Situated in woodland beside a small river. 5 stars for peace and tranquility!
Very tidy site, well maintained. Coin-in-the-slot showers (50p piece). Shower/toilet block not luxurious, but adequate and clean. I can't remember the cost, about £8 a night for the tent and me I think. Quite a distance from the nearest village. No shop on the site. A pub down the road, and one in the village, but I did not investigate. As expected in this area, lots of interesting walks close by.
I have visited the site twice now in successive years in May, and have enjoyed peace and quiet on both occasions.
