 There are the correct number of showers and toilets for the 25 emplacements.
When full, there are some queues for the facilities, but nothing that has ever been a problem.
Outdoor pools, even when heated, tend to be colder in May!

Peaceful site with large pitches. The toilet / shower / washing up facilities were easily adequate for the numbers of people using the campsite during low season. However I think they would get rather busy if the campsite was full to capacity as there were only about 3 toilets and 3 showers for about 40 pitches.
Managed to use the heated swimming pool in May, although you needed to swim hard to keep warm. Good size pool for swimming lengths.
Helpful owners who refroze our icepacks for free.
My 2 year old son loved the rabbit!

We camped here in June 07 and then stayed in on of their delightful gites.
The site is very small, quiet and clean.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and respond to email enquiries very quickly.
The outdoor pool was clean and safe (gated to keep out unaccompanied small children).
My children enjoyed feeding the resident goats, sheep and chickens.
If you enjoy quiet camping or lovely simple gites this place is heavenly.
It' would be difficult to recommend this site too highly.
We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful, peaceful, friendly site. English spoken. The owners Philippe and Claire are very friendly, and will sort out anything for you, even down to a bowl of frites/and or a small meal! The small town of Combourg is close by, with plenty of eateries and boulangeries, and Intermarche and Super U supermarkets are only five minutes drive away.
The pitches are level, huge in size, and very well maintained. The toilets and showers are spotless, and hot when you need them to be. There is also a good size washing up area, and a couple of large sinks for clothes washing.
The pool, again, is spotless, and very safe for children. Indeed, small children are well catered for, with a little play area, and further down the site, an animal enclosure with some very cute and small goats, chickens and ducks who are always up for a feed! there is also a table tennis table, and in the snack bar, loads of board games, badminton stuff and books for all. There are also bikes to hire for free, to roam the surrounding empty countryside!
This site is designed in such a way as to accommodate all ages, and has light or shade depending. It is particularly brilliant for those with very small children, but if you are not a fan of the little ones, or want privacy, there are plenty of places on the three fields available to pitch out of the way. In fact, we were pitched right opposite the tiny play area, and at no time found it noisy.
No doubt about it, everything about this site reminded us of camping as it used to be, in those long ago days of our childhoods! Very peaceful, and very friendly, be sure to visit this lovely site on your travels in Brittany!
