 We spent a couple of tranquil nights at Crannich Farm in our motorhome. A very warm welcome was given by Sam and Robin. They are obviously working extremely hard to create an excellent site.

Heaps of space on each of the 6 pitches, chemical disposal close by, electric hookups, a large washing/drying room which housed the grey waste drain (need a container to dump grey waste).

The most satisfactory shower either of us has experienced in many years of camping. Many thoughtful little touches added.

Impeccably clean and very peaceful apart from the sound of barn owls and tawnys. Occasional sightings of eagles in the evening. Magnificent sunsets. Thoroughly recommended.

 We have just returned from a three night stay at the campsite at Crannich Farm. The facilities are brand spanking new as the campsite only opened at the beginning of May. The farm is inland on the quiet road between Aros and Dervaig with open views across the surrounding countryside and with only 6 pitches peace and tranquilly is virtually guaranteed. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to cycle from the campsite on rural roads and on the forest track along Loch Frisa which is just across the valley. It's possible to cycle all the way through to Glengorm Castle off road (a reasonably priced cafe being the attraction there for us). The beautifully clean and hot shower was heaven after a day out cycling. There is only one shower and one toilet but when we were there with 3 of the pitches occupied this was more than adequate. Sam the site owner is very friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to return.
