I have now been to this campsite twice and loved it both times. It is very clean with minimal facilities. The shower and toilet block is good with music to have a boogie in the shower. My only problem is it is a bit of a walk from the field where we camped the last time. It is quiet and relaxing there the staff are lovely and friendly. Will be back again soon.

We have just returned after 3 days on this site & we were very pleased, the warden & his wife were pleasant & helpful & the toilets & showers were spotless as were the washing up facilities, we were able to hire a EHU lead for £2 a day & there was no deposit required, all in all a very good site, would definitely recommend this site to anyone. there is a good beach about 20 mins drive away , although you will have to go down a lot of steps to get to it, but its worth it as when we were there, there was some very big waves for the kids to body board on. I can recommend the Chinese take away in St Stephens road in Saltash about 10 mins drive away.

Stayed a week here and site is immaculate. Each pitch clearly marked but some quite close together. Friendly staff. Shame there are not more showers as very busy time of year and never empty as only 2 for a full site. Paddock field seemed more spacious and peaceful but long trip to facilities.

Just come back from this site for the second time. We rarely go to any site twice, but this is such a lovely location and a friendly site that we came back. It was just as good as last year. The Park is spotless, owners and everyone else connected to the site very friendly, and helpful. Our daughter was ill, and they washed the dirty bedding in their own machine as the camp machine was being repaired. I don't think many site owners would do that. Great shop on site, and information hut with games and books to borrow (my kids thought this was great) . Nice park, good for dogs, I could go on and on. All in all A+ and I would definitely use this site again.

Agree with every thing all the other reviews have said. Just spent 2 weeks there. There were the most HUGE motor caravans I have ever seen. Every thing it says on web site is true. Owners friendly . Wardens Trev and Tina really friendly. Pam next to toilets really nice. Toilets cleanest ever. Good shop. Draw back with internet is that the security settings were on maximum and you couldn't get into any thing much . Trev did say if it was important I could use his own lap top which was very kind of him but they are that sort of people. Only draw back is getting out on to main road down the lane if you want to turn right. A mini roundabout would be very handy. PamJ

This is a really nice site, pitches well spaced out and large. It has well tended grounds and although we have no children I noticed a play area. Has a well stocked shop which has microwave for pasties and an information shed which even has books and jigsaws etc for campers use. It also has a laundry room and a computer for campers use I think the charge is £1. per hr The toilets where immaculate with radio playing, also a hairdryer in the ladies and also in the men's toilet. A well kept clean tidy site for touring the area. The only disappointment the Rain !

We spent a lovely week here in August. Very friendly owners, immaculately kept grounds. The toilets were kept spotlessly clean and altogether we were impressed. It has a nice playground that is quite central to the whole park. They have washing facilities etc, and a good shop and information centre. There is a telephone box on the site if your mobile is not working and they have wifi mobile connection on the site.
It is a great site to take your dog as they do not charge for pets and there is lots of quiet lanes around the park to walk them, the park provides you with a lovely booklet detailing all the walks nearby with directions and timings for you. We have just booked for 2006 as its in a great area for seeing Devon and Cornwall, both us adults and the kids loved it there.

What a great little site. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilets and wash up area where always clean and tidy with a radio playing throughout the day making a visit a pleasant experience. The rest of the site was looked after with the same attention to detail. Cracking little site well worth a visit.

A little gem of a site. Small but perfectly formed. Very neat and tidy, the owners are very polite, jovial and friendly. Went out of their way to help me when I was investigating some local train times. The toilets were immaculate - could have done with another shower cubicle but the showers were very clean and always hot. Radio on in the loos and the washing up area! They even put out bowls and drainers in the washing up area, which I thought was a nice touch and something I haven't seen anywhere else.
We stayed in the paddock which was nice and not at all over crowded considering the time of year. A few bunnies hopping around in the evening which was nice for the kids. Most of the caravan pitches looked excellent and well laid out with gravel and some with drainage pipes?
This place is a well kept secret.

A fantastic site. It is just inside Cornwall and was situated so you could go to either Cornwall or Devon. We stayed in The Paddock for 2 weeks camping. John and Mark could not do enough to make our stay welcome and easy. The shower block is something you just have to see it is like being in your own home and is spotless thanks to Pam.
The site is excellently maintained with baskets of flowers all around and the grass mowed on a regular basis. The shop has most things you need and they use local produce when they can. They have only had the site for a few years and looking at the pictures from before have already made vast improvements and they are not looking to stop there they have more ideas for the site. Well worth a visit.
