What a lovely site. Great fishing (so my other tells me), nice and quiet for me (to read). Great location, handy for almost everything! Just one let down. The price! Premium rates for fishing, even when a site resident. £11.00 per night for a pup tent that was actually taken down 2 nights into our stay due to horrendous weather! That is the only let down but an important one I hope you would agree.

This is a fantastic site. Same price all year round, brill for any one who like fishing. Only a 10 minute car journey to the centre of skeggness yet lovely and quiet. It has a nice little cafe which is licensed and makes a fantastic sunday cavery but book a table in advance as it gets busy. The toilet, shower and washing facilities are the cleanest I have seen on any park I have visited and the owners are always happy to help. They helped me get my caravan hooked up for the first time. Good site for both vans and tents.

Very good site, recommend to anyone who likes to relax. Has hook-ups and everything you would expect from an average campsite. Next to a good town and a fantastic theme park and suitable for children of all ages. The weather was excellent an me and my family had a fantastic time there. The road is a bit bumpy going into the site but other than that it is utterly perfect.

Fantastic site, not just for the fisherman. I visited this site in 2004 and 2005 and will be back in 2006. I have never been to a site that gives as much space between units, toilets are immaculate, the fishing is fabulous and the owners are there for you if / when needed. The whole site is really well managed and maintained, the only slight critisism is could do with a couple more skipps over Bank Holiday weekends, but all in all 5 Star.

We visited this campsite and found everything was fantastic. The amentities were kept clean and there were ample for all to use. The location of the site was great, a short walk from the village and a couple of miles of Skegness. The staff in the cafe on site were really friendly and the fishing warden always said hello on his rounds. We can't criticise this site for anything. We will definetely visit again.

June 2005 Myself and my wife have been visiting these fishing lakes for the best part of 20 years now and can assure you that firstly it has a brand new tourer site which is as you would expect in A1 condition. The toilet and washing facility is also brand new and as such is also kept spotlessly clean and there is no charge for the shower usage as it is included in the price.
As far as the fishing is concerned I can send you an album full of pictures from Sycamore lakes of the carp that I have caught.

June 2005 Absolutely fantastic site. The touring side only opened this season so all the facilities are new and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. A beautiful, well-priced site with hard-standings for caravans and lovely well-spaced flat pitches for tents. Will definitely visit again...highly recommended :-)
