Really can't rate this highly enough and for £19 per night with hookup, we felt this was very good value. Every pitch has a sea view and we were literally a stone's throw from the cliff with fabulous views. The hardstanding areas are the most level. The toilet/shower block is very spacious and clean. The site warden, Chris isvery welcoming and helpful and if your pitch is not needed the next day, you are invited to stay until late afternoon. The bus stop is handy for nearby towns and both Cromer and Sheringham are well worth a visit. A fish and chip van visits the site on a Monday evening. We wished we had been able to stay longer.

Just returned from 3 lovely nights at this Adults Only site and enjoyed every single minute of it.

When you arrive you then choose where you want to park, get yourself set up and then you will receive a visit from the warden to collect your fees and give you a nice little goody bag. Nice touch.

Pitches are very spacious with electric and TV hook ups on your pitch. Remember to take some chocks, wood or even a couple of bricks as some pitches are more uneven than others.

The warden is very strict about the way you park and rightly so as this allows every pitch to have a wonderful sea view which is lovely to wake up to in the mornings and even to watch the ships go by at night - so relaxing.

Showers and toilets are immaculate as was the site itself. Christine works tirelessly all through the day keeping facilities spotless and ensuring all is well with the campers.

We had the added bonus of watching para-gliders jumping from the cliffs and then to have them soar back and forth over the campsite. Apparently this is an ongoing sight throughout the year dependent on the weather.

Great walks - you can venture into the village or take a leisurely stroll along the beach.

Had fish & chips from the 'Village Chippie' - yummie - well worth a visit.

Keep up the good work Christine and Sandy Gulls and as that famous saying goes 'I'll be back'

Our second visit here, was every bit as good as our first, the sea views from the site are exceptional, the site is perfectly placed for walking and cycling, or just quietly watching the world pass by. This is a very well maintained site and the shower block and toilets are spotless. Mundesley is just a short walk away with its little shops, the food in the local pubs was excellent and good value. Will certainly be going back for a longer visit.

Just come back from spending easter at Sandy Gulls and we were very sad to leave. This is one of the best sites we have stayed at - sea views from every pitch, adult only so wonderful and peaceful. Toilets and shower blocks spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water for showering.

Chris the warden very nice, helpful, friendly.

Short walk to a shop, bus stop just outside the site so we did'nt use the car to go to cromer and sheringham.

We will definitely go back there again and am in process of re-booking. I cannot recommend this site enough.

We stayed at Sandy Gulls for three nights in early March. As we drove onto the site, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful views overlooking the beach and sea and the neat and tidy pitches available to us. The warden was very welcoming and helpful. We are new to camping and I was a bit dubious about shower blocks; I needn't have worried at Sandy Gulls. They were spotlessly clean with massive shower cubicles, plenty of hot water and even a hair dryer. There is a good sized washing up room - again, with plenty of hot water. We strolled into Mundesley one morning and brought some fantastic sausages from the butcher and the biggest, best bakewell tarts ever from the adjoining deli. Cromer is only a fifteen minute drive from the site with some quaint shops and larger established outlets. The fact that it was adult only, really appealed to us and we had a lovely quiet break. We would have no hesitation in recommending this site and will definitely be returning.

The only reason we gave the site location 9/10 was because it was quite breezy which made putting up our awning for the first time a bit challenging. This is by no means a criticism about the site itself, just the inclement weather and won't be a problem if you don't have an awning.

Just one little piece of advise though - if you've had a glass or two of wine and head out to do your washing up in the dark, watch out for the speed humps in the road; they have a nasty habit of jumping out at you ;)

Absolutely lovely site - stunning sea views, spotlessly clean modern showers/ toilets and really friendly warden. The views alone make this perfect and Mundesley village is fab with great tea rooms and little shops. The fish and chip van comes round on a Monday evening - great fish and chips! Having found this site by accident when the site we had originally booked turned out to be a big disappointment, we will certainly be returning and would highly recommend it. Can't beat waking up to that sea view in a morning - perfect!

Spent two nights in our motorhome and will definitely visit again. Lovely views wherever you park and good sized pitches well laid out. Newsagents and a Tesco ten minutes walk away and the village of Mundesley is only about half an hour walk. Very handy when in a motorhome as we do not like driving it around when we get to a site. A bus stop is right outside the site taking you further afield to Cromer.

A fairly steep path leads you down to a lovely sandy beach and when the tide is out you can walk to the village this way. We paid £16 per night in half term week which we thought was good value due to the beautiful scenery and accessibility to services.

Just back from a 3 nighter, this is what we consider to be a local site, about an hour and a half journey. Been a few times and it's always the same, peaceful and calm. All pitches have sea views. The coastal path or beach makes for good walks ( check tide times). The site is always tidy and the toilets and showers likewise. Other than the walking we popped into Sheringham for the Market on Saturday.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Gulls, the site was well maintained, and the toilet block spotless. The staff were very helpful, the location of the site offers excellent sea views. In Mundesley there is a couple of nice pubs where we found the food to be excellent. Our stay at Sandy Gulls was enjoyable and relaxing. We will certainly return in the near future.
