This site sets the benchmark on which to judge others.
Clean facilities, superb views, and good wifi.
Simply cannot fault it.
Obviously a lot of return visitors, who were already booking future visits as they were being checked in. Says it all really.

This was our second visit to Sandy Gulls, and I am pleased that it was just as nice as our first visit. The same warm welcome as we pulled up onto our pre-booked pitch.
The facilities perfect and the views, simply stunning. Pitches are quite level, although we found blocks are needed, being fussy. We walked to The Ship Inn in about 25 minutes which was friendly and welcoming, the beer garden has great views over the sea.
We used the bus service into Cromer and back, the stops are quite close to the campsite. Cromer is nice, with some good pubs and a top fish and chip shop (Number 1) Christine the Warden is very pleasant and she greets everyone with the same warm welcome.

A great sit located on the cliffs with views and access down to the sea and beach.
Mundesley On Sea is about a half hour walk away.
The site is very well kept, the shower block excellent and Christine usually greets you as soon as you park.
There is a small shop 5 minutes walk away and a Tesco Express 15 minute walk away.
There is a very good fish and chip shop nd a good chinese takeaway.
Regular bus service on the main road.
All in all great value site.

Beautiful Views of the Sea and a small walk downhill to a sandy beach. Friendly staff offered ramps due to levels sloping.
Lovely and quiet site.
Shower were really nice and clean.
Bus stop very close along with a local shop and Tesco Express not too far after that.
£2 for a single Bus so enjoyed Cromer and North Walsham, offer to November 2023.
All other bits you could require including a daily ice cream van visit for the not so adult adults like us.
All in all a great location.

Location is excellent. Facilities clean.
However, in a group of 7 vans there were 11 dogs which didn’t lend itself to a quiet time (We don’t own a dog by choice)

Second time visiting this site and it doesn't disappoint. Great location over looking the sea. Nice walks into Mundsley, chip shop, pub etc.
Very clean facilities, Nice welcome on arrival. Good wifi coverage.
Levelling ramps and block available if you don't have your own.
Only issue, nothing to do with the site, is can get very windy which is a nightmare for your awnings. Had to take mine down before it blew away.

Our first time visiting this site, it was booked for us by family for a meet up.
Our two sat-navs were in conflict with each other and we opted for the approach that bypassed Cromer, this was not the best option and led us through some very narrow lanes for several miles. Advice would be, if coming from the North, go through Cromer and follow the road towards Trimmingham and Mundesley, which is the route that the coastal bus service uses.
Very impressed with the sea view from the moment that we arrived, it is stunning. Our hard-standing pitch was slightly sloping but we levelled with blocks easily,
The Campsite warden was very friendly and gave us an information pack with everything we needed for our visit. Toilets and showers are immaculate and spacious.
The washing up area/laundry is again clean and tidy with more local information and a small book loaning area. The bus service is good and the stop is only 100mtrs from the camp site entrance. Warmer weather I am sure would have seen us spending lots of time just enjoying the views from a deck chair.
The Coastal path passes adjacent to the site and the stroll down to the nearby beach at Trimmingham was lovely, the tide was out and we found a few fossils amongst the flintstone cobbles laying on the beach.
The site has well maintained EHU units, an Elsan emptying unit, and a motorhome drainage point and is dog friendly.
All in all an excellent site.

This site is right on the coast with views over the cliffs to the North Sea. The site itself is spotless as is the washrooms.
Christine the site manager is very friendly and easy to deal with. The touring part of the site is adults only.
We visited in a motorhome and walked to Mundesley and back where there is a nice pub, a coffee shop, fish and chips and a chinese takeaway.
Dogs an go on the beach apart form a small section in front of Mundesley. There is a path from the site down to the beach.
There are also hourly buses to Cromer, Mundesely and North Aylesham and beyond from Cromer. We went to Sheringham. All in all worth a visit.

Just returned from Sandy Gulls and got to say it was a lovely site,
Easy to find off main road,
Spacious plots either grass or gravel, a bit unlevel as stated but Chris helped us get our van in position with the help of his little tractor and blocks,
Great sea views, good location for access to beach and local towns,
Big thanks to Christine for her help,
Didn't use showers etc but they were spotless,
Would go again but a bit to far for us.
