We stayed on a euro pitch which included hook-up, water , waste and TV connection. Hardstanding with grass area for awning. Toilet block was ok, could have been cleaned a bit better to be honest.
Was within easy walking distance of main complex. We ate once in The Mash and Barrel restaurant. Do not do this! Simple meal of lasagne for me, chicken and chips for hubby and fish fingers for my son cost well in excess of £20. My lasagne was a microwave birds eye mess, my hubby's chicken was cold and my sons dinner was inedible. Give that restaurant a wide berth!
The pool area was good, as was the play park for the kids.
Burnham itself was an easy cycle ride along the sea front.
I would consider staying here again, the pitch prices are great. We paid about £70 for 6 nights which of course included the fun works pass. Great for families with kids, but give the restaurant a miss next time!

Everything you would expect from a haven site. We booked last minute and got a great deal.
We did find some down sides.
We were on a euro pitch but found out that our hook up lead was to short (10 meters) the man on site tried to find us one to hire but none available(due to being stolen last season)so had an extra amount to fork out
Also there was a very unpleasant smell around the washing up area and toilet block, I'm sure that someone didn't empty there toilet in the correct place.
The pitch had been jet washed that morning so had to wait ages to be able to put up the awning(not really staff fault)
Bowling was a good price and my son loved the pools, entertainment was ok but upstairs so buggies had to take a lift.
As other people said the touring site is small in comparison to the park, but you can walk into town very easy walk and flat along the front
Two fishing lakes reasonable price £5 from midnight to midnight £3 from six till midnight.

The touring site is small in relation to the size of the site but very well placed close to facilities. Pitches good size and well marked. Just few minutes walk to the beach, indoor pool great, very clean and well maintained toilets and showers - family room with bath useful for our children (2 and 4). Generally would recommend but at weekend got very busy with loud groups of people and crying babies! It was just a normal weekend but site was full. The food in the pub was awful. Great area for touring, Wookey Hill Caves and Fleet Air Arm brilliant. Very good value and we would go again (but definitely not in holidays!)

Spent the second time on this site. Liked it more this time. Found the lovely lakes at the site and walked into Burnham town. Probably better this time because we had good weather. The site is typically a haven site geared towards children (we had none). Some good entertainment Facilities reasonable clean. Will definitely go back again . Usually get the late availability as it is much cheaper.

We have just returned from this site the weather was wet but we expected that some of the pitches were really, really muddy, we arrived and realised we would be sinking so decided to move before we trampled this mud into van, I must say the staff were all very helpful and polite and understanding and we moved to a hard standing pitch at no extra cost. Which was a blessing cause more rain came. It was a wellys holiday, really! My children went on the aqua jets which was very cheap at £3.50 each, but they only had 3 jets so they didn't get a very long go. one parent stood timing how long her daughter had with the jet-some people! The indoor pool and bowling where a god send with the awful weather and when the sun did come out you only have a 5 minute walk to the sea front and lovely short walk into Burnham - lovely. Showers were a little tatty but not too bad, water was warm, no sinks cubicals. Security was good,I was on my own with the children and felt good to know they do the night time patrols. We shall definatley go back.

Had a wonderful time apart from the terrible weather. Rained all weekend.
Shower/toilets are kept clean and are really nice(best toilets etc we have used on a campsite)had code on main toilet door so people not camping couldnt just get in
Large childrens play area with slides, climbing things, etc, basketball courts just take your own ball the courts are free to use and lots of them.
Kids used indoor pool and was really nice didnt use outdoor pool but looked nice and clean.
Site was kept clean all the time, security vans always around checking site.
Short 5/10 min walk to beach. Didnt use local shops but are also 10 mins walk.
Arcades as with any are a pain cause you need a 2nd mortgage with kids.
Food was good although only used restaurant once as cooked our own things.
Evening entertainment was good. Kids had fun.nice outdoor seating area(looks new so maybe its ready for the smoking ban)
Will use site again.hopefully we will have better weather

FAB site! I was so impressed I bought a static here. GREAT LOCATION Close to town 5/10 minute walk.Close to Beach 3 minute walk. Only 5 minute drive off M5, 15 mins to Weston-super-mare, 30 mins to Bristol, Glastonbury, Clarke's Village and much more! ENTERTAINMENT Great park with new tennis courts, basketball and football kick-abouts. Indoor and outdoor pool suitable for toddlers. Kids clubs for all ages. Large show bar with fantastic entertainment team and amusements with bowling alley. FOOD Lovely refurbished cafe/bar area, great on site shop, fish and chip shop, walking distance to local pubs and somerfield supermarket. What more can I say. Good clean site, friendly staff, plenty to do even on rainy days for all ages. I have four kids from 2 to 14 and I can easily keep them all amused! I am very happy to recommend this site to others, we are looking forward to spending many happy years ahead holidaying here.

We really enjoyed our 4 night break here and would certainly return in the future. Plenty to do both on site and locally, facilities good including family bathroom and non stop entertainment for all ages if you wish. Our 5 year old daughter made loads of friends.

Stayed at the end of the season and the pitches, toilets and showers were looking a little tired. We did however enjoy our stay and the indoor pool was very good. Even with the site fairly full we were able to find a quiet time at the pool. A useful tip: try booking on-line - we found a special offer which was 50% off list price and 30% off the price quoted by phone. If the weather is wet try a trip to Street - a shopaholic's paradise.

Large family site; very quiet despite being full. Enormous pitches. Sufficient number of loos / showers, but could have done with an extra clean in the evening. Lots to do onsite included in pitch fee - indoor and outdoor pools plus evening entertainment. Just across the road from the beach and an easy walk into Burnham itself. Good site to take children too when the weather not reliable, as loads for them to do.
