We have been to this site three years running now and it never loses its charm. The owners are very friendly, helpful people that offer advice on the surrounding beaches. The shower block is a bit of an adventure but I am assured it will be rebuilt soon. The absolute magic of this site is the fact you can get together with a few friends and play and listen to real music whilst round real camp fires. You cant see any roads just 360 degrees of beautiful hills - it's total heaven. Our children absolutely adore the place and nearby wood and are always safe and never bored. cheap camping fees make this the best and most unique campsites in cornwall. Will be back next year

Excellent campsite!
Owners lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Site itself basic (but not that basic!) but very beautiful.
Road to get to it not easily walkable, car much handier - taxis happy to go from Penzance to the site

A friendly site with the big advantage that one is allowed to light fires! There are two camping fields - one for families and one for adults only - both with views over the surrounding countryside. The toilet and shower block is a bit basic, but adequate, and although during our visit there were no proper washing-up facilities, a fridge was provided for campers' use. We'd happily go there again if we were in the locality.

A top site quite basic but lots of space and nice, friendly people we will be back next year highly recommended
