Arrived here on Monday after the Malvern motorhome show
The site is well kept a credit to the new manager
Large pitches (I got my 27foot RV 5m trailer and car on one pitch
Friendly site manager
Nice boat owners more on the river bank all very friendly
No laundry
Electric is £3. 00/per night (a little on the high side as it is only 10amp)
Not sure you could use £3, 00 worth in 24hours with every thing pulling the full 10 amp
Good cooked food very close by Carvery £5.95
And harvester 200m from the entrance
I did not use the toilet block so can not comment on it but others said it was clean
Trees could do with a cutting back on the way in /out

Stayed for 3 nights on our way to Cornwall. Site is easily found and handy for M5. Pitches are large and well laid out. The area had been underwater the previous week so work was in progress clearing up all the debris left by the flood. All the pitches are grass and in a line facing the river great for fishermen and boat watchers.
Richard the warden made us welcome and explained where everything was. Being disabled we found it a bit of a walk to the clean and tidy toilet block and disposal points which is up a ramp. However you can drive round to the block if required.
Would stay there again and recommend this site to everyone who enjoys peace and quiet. After talking to others on the site I feel congrats are due to Richard for turning this site round to a customer friendly site.

Been to this site getting on for 10 times now. Love the location right next to this river and the Toby Pub right next door also the Harvester just over the road from that. New wardens have took over and have been very nice so far. The reception has already had a revamp.
Can't fault it as an adults holiday camp site. Not much to do for children and certainly wouldn't recommend for families with very small children as the river is right next to the touring pitches.
The Tesco is 5 minutes by road. Worcester is just a few minutes down the road.
TV reception is good and my Three wireless dongle gave me a good internet connection, so that's it, set up for just over a week here.
The Toby Carvery has been great every time we've been here haven't tried the Harvester this time yet but that is usually very good too!

Stayed here for two nights and loved it! The owners were very friendly, and I loved the fact we were right on the river.
The toilets/ showers were always spotlessly clean, 20p needed for them but lasted a long time.
It was £14 a night and worth every penny.
Short ride into Worcester and a nice carvery pub to walk to for a drink( 1 minute walk!)A nice Chinese and chippy a 4 minute drive away in the car.
Small children would have to be kept on eye on as very close to river.
Lovely site, really enjoyed my stay
We will be visiting again.

We have been coming to this site for a number of years now & have always enjoyed our stay, although some of the rules were a bit odd,
we were a little bit cautious this time as we had heard there were new wardens, well no need to worry, the new wardens were very welcoming, great 1st impression,
they have already done a lot of work to their home / reception to improve your first impression & have lots of plans to improve the site.
The toilet/shower blocks are clean & neat.
Unfortunately the weekend we spent there was cut short by the river flooding, we were given the chance to move our unit to higher ground but chose not to so were given a credit note, a very nice gesture, looking forward to the next stay,

We were so lucky to have found this lovely site.
This was the 3rd time we've been here this year and hope to use it many more times.
Lovely peaceful site right on the riverside.
2 Pubs right outside the entrance to the site, brilliant for drinks and meals, with no driving.
The wardens work so hard in keeping the site lovely, and they are so friendly.
Fab showers and toilets that are always spotless.
If you're not too experienced at reversing caravan, pitching etc, no worries with the warden, he is so helpful.
Once you have visited the site, you can even pick your favourite pitch number for the next time if it's available
We have only ever paid £14 per night (even on bank holidays) and that includes everything except for the 20p for a shower
No children under 10 allowed which is common sense as it's right on the riverside
Highly recommended, can't wait to return

Well, we were pitched up on this site after booking earlier in the week. Had seen this site from the A38 while travelling around the malvern area, while camping at another local site. Loved the location -RIGHT by the river.
Seen the reviews on here about the owners having a long long list of rules and was a bit wary but thought, whatever its only 2 nights
Anyway, we had a great time. When we turned up, the lady ownver greeted us with smile, took the balance of money off us and gave us the keys to the loo block, she said that the showers were 20p for 12 mins and we couldn't walk our doggy on the river bank or in the static site. Ok, so far not bad. Mr Owner took us down to the pitch and helped us reverse in etc. Ok, so far so good.
We were handed a sheet of a5 with rules on but they were only common sense etc.
Owners told us that the toby carvery at the entrance to the site was currently doing a breakfast for 4.99 - two for one. Very helpful.
No sign of the moaning that others had mentioned on the reviews.
For dog walkers, the site is right on the severn way path. A good walk as long as you like either way.
For geocachers, (google-it) there are 2, VERY Nearby caches.
For carbooters, the ketch carboot is on every sunday and bank holiday monday (weather permitting).
There are two pubs close by - the ketch (toby) and a harverster (didn't try this).
A large tesco is only 5/10 mins drive away, but there is a spar/petrol station within 5 mins walk the other way.
Take aways (indian, chinese and chippy) on the bath road - 10 min drive.
A lovely site to sit and watch the world (and boats) go by.
Very good for basing yourself at if going to malvern or worcester and not too far off the M5 junction 7.
Very friendly, great clean showers. No under 10s (there is a river 10 metres from your pitch)
No shop (but one close by), playground, pool, games room, just a pitch by the river. Good Toilet block short walk thru the statics.
I would give this site 9/10 - cant really fault it but have been to slightly better ones (more facilities etc)
If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing weekend, come here !

Stayed here for one night while visiting the Worcester Area. The only good thing was the location. You can see the camp site was once a nice one, but the years have taken their toll and for the prices paid it certainly wasn't good value.
It's very scruffy around the edges. The reception looked as if it were about to fall down. There are a lot of static caravans here which too looked dated. The one end of the site is situated under the A449 which is very noisy at all hours especially in the morning, even on a Sunday with the boot sale opposite.
Won't be going back ever. Avoid if I were you.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Ketch, it is a dream location for fishermen. The site is spotless. The toilets (around 8 in the ladies) and showers were spotless. There is a nice dog walk as they are not allowed on the banks of the river.
Tesco is about 5 minutes away by car and the Toby pub was very nice at the front of the site. We found the wardens lovely and helpful. Enjoyed it so much we are returning next week! If you are looking for a relaxing riverside site you should try this one.

Second time here and like it even better, yes there is a little road noise but didn't bother me. Found the owners straight to the point rather than abrupt and won't stand for any messing.
As has been mentioned site excellent for visiting Worcester with a frequent bus service top of the road which runs through the evening or it can be walked or cycled to,noticed a couple of dedicated cycle ways here too.
Used the two pubs by the site entrance and although the main emphasis is food was pleasantly surprised with the Harvester which had an olde world feel to it and served Butcombe real ale which is unusual for this chain which mainly deals with mass produced fizzy beers.
The Toby carvery was also quite pleasant, did meal deals like the Harvester and also had Butcombe real ale on. Overall a very pleasant, quiet site and nice to have the ducks visit in the morning. Paid £13/night for one with ehu.
