Nice and friendly site - we really liked it.
Even off season the loos etc were clean and the site well managed. The pitches were grass but were flat.
It is a fairly short walk to the nearest beach at Maenporth which is lovely. The Restaurant at Maenporth is fantastic but very pricey. It has won all sorts of prizes for its menu.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful family run site on working cattle farm, personal attention assured! Ample toilets, showers, small shop, launderette, tractor rides for kids, free evening activities include family sports nights on front lawn, family and kids discos in barn, skittles evenings and quiz nights, also in barn with more activities promised for 2005. Kids climbing frame and swings etc on front lawn.
Less than half mile to nearest beach (Maenporth). Two other beaches within one mile. Regular bus service from front of site during day, nearest shops within one mile (Asda, Leos, town etc)
Tents, touring caravans, motorhomes also chalets for hire.
Well worth a visit, we spend most of summer holidays there every year, you won't find anyone more helpful than Alan and Vanessa, the site owners.
