Immaculate site and facilities with large pitches set in the countryside and all £14 per night.

Nearest town about 2 miles along busy road so not ideal for walking.

Handy for visiting Llangollen and popular aquaduct of Pontcysyllte, Chirk and Ellesmere.

Adults only, what a gem lovely well run quiet site.

Hard Standing/ grass pitch including electric £13 per night (awning extra £1).

Two toilet/shower rooms and one separate WC in well kept clean condition by owners.

Everything a caravan site should be.

Just got back from a lovely 3 night break at Rosedale Caravan Park.

Caroline the owner was so welcoming, ideal base for exploring Whitchurch, Ludlow, Wrexham & Ellesmere.

Great facilities and immaculately kept grounds, good size pitches and a steal at £14 a night with awning & electricity.

Will definitely be coming back to this little gem.

Thanks you

This is a lovely adult only caravan site very clean and a well maintained site.

The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating in making sure everyone is happy and always happy to have a chat.

I will be revisiting again. 10 out of 10 for this site.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this well kept adult site,

Is it perfect-no but the over riding factor is value for money I cant remember the last time we paid £13 a night + £1 for the awning and for this you would expect it to be pretty dour but it isn't,

The friendly owners, central location, no rush to pay, well kept, neat grass, 3 lots of dog walk fields and a lot of return customers show that,

The showers if a bit dated are the same as home, no push buttons.

Ok if you really want to nit pick then the A road does pass close but the noise is fairly muted,

There's no wi-fi and poor (O2) phone signal,

Toilet/showers have no hand drying facilities and no bin but balanced against the cost these are minor points-

Places to visit, Chester, Llangollen, Ellesmere Lakes, Oswestry and a must see is the nearby British Ironworks Centre which is home to hundreds of sculptures at a cost of £4 each-

Lovely person lovely site reasonably priced quiet being adult only. Lovely friendly fellow caravanners.

Loved everything. Spotless toilets, showers and kitchen. Paul and Caroline were the icing on the cake.

Nothing was too much trouble.

We will definitely be going back again and again 😃
