The owners Caroline and Paul were very welcoming and helpful.
It is a good level site and well maintained even in the middle of winter. If you like walking there is plenty of good walks in the area.
Erddig National Trust property also within a few miles and is a lovely day out.

This really is an absolutely first class site.
As well as a really warm welcome, you also find spotless facilities and large flat pitches.
The location is perfect for anyone wishing to explore the area being ideally located between Ellesmere and Wrexham.
I know I will be there again very soon.

This was our third visit to Rosedale and it is still one of our favourite sites, the owners are a lovely couple, and nothing was to much for them.
The site is very well maintained and easy to access with the largest of touring caravans, the cost per night is excellent value.
There is a lovely pub about one mile away that serves really good food, and real ale. It is not very often that you visit a site that you really cannot find a fault worth mentioning.
As always I would recommend this site to all.

Easy to find the site and a very friendly greeting from Paul who showed us where to pitch our unit.
Excellently maintained campsite, the ground was flat, the grass cut short, the hedges were very well manicured.
All very well organised and clean. Didn't use the facilities but they looked clean and tidy.
An excellent wet weather room with plenty of reading material and local info.
Can recommend 'The Cross Foxes' pub at Erbistock. 3miles/6min by car, excellent for a meal & a beer.
Bit of road noise but this is to be expected as the site is on an 'A' road.

A wonderful welcome by the owner. Beautiful site.
Would like to visit in the summer and get the bus out for the day.
Very clean showers and toilets the only downside was there was no heating on and I hate the cold but my husband had a shower, plenty of hot water.
We will go back in the summer months next time.

What a beautiful & Wonderful site, although the weather was a little damp, Paul and Caroline were brilliant hosts,
The site amenities were spotless,
2 dog walking areas & if you are lucky enough you might even manage to find a few fresh mushrooms in the morning
