We have just returned from our Easter holiday here. We thought the leisure centre was good value for money. The restaurant was excellent, we had a meal which was great value for money and big portions! My children went to the internet cafe several times and really enjoyed it. Me and my son enjoyed watching the football the sports bar had wii and a pool table in there. The snooker lounge was brilliant me and my son had several games whilst my wife and daughter was swimming.
Showers were ok but needed cleaning more often as the floor was dirty.
Skegness shops was too far to walk but only 5 mins in the car.
Overall we will return due to the great facilities.

The Wife and I have just spent all of October on this site and thoroughly enjoyed it. The toilets and showers were kept clean and tidy by the staff who were in attendance all day. The pitches were generous in size, Hardstanding for the car and caravan and grass for the awning. The Starbar had children's and adult entertainment every evening and bingo. I managed to watch a couple of football matches in the Sports bar and also enjoyed a few of their barmeals. I spent quite a bit of time fishing on the two lakes and was surprised at the variety and size of the fish to be caught. We weren't feeling energetic so we didn't use the gym, swimming pool or sauna, but we could have as all this was included in the site fee of £180 for the month. I am hoping to be back there in March.

Have just returned from a two-night break with 2 other families at the Southview Leisure Park in Skegness and we will definitely be returning.
The park looks very impressive from the road, with a large hotel, reception area and water features. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the checking in process was easy. They ensured all 3 of our pitches were together. We located our pitch - hardstanding at £15 per night. I thought the hardstanding area was in better condition than the super pitches, which were just £3 per night extra. Water and waste points and rubbish bins seemed to be plentiful. The pitches were reasonably large. The washroom has a well equipped laundry room and the toilets and showers seemed to be clean and in good condition. The 2 cleaners were visible all weekend and were very friendly and chatty.
The site itself is very large and we didn't touch the surface in terms of using the facilities. We didn't walk up to the Starbar at night, which had entertainment for all the family, but chose to walk up to the sports bar in the Sports Centre, which is very close to the touring area. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We had a bar meal, used the take-away service and had a Sunday carvery and all 3 meals were faultless. At the sports centre was an indoor pool, gym, (both included in pitch price) pool tables and arcades. The men in our party also decided to have a round of golf, which they all enjoyed, and were amazed to find that for £5 they could play golf for the length of the stay, so if we had stayed for a week they'd have had golf all week for a fiver!
The best bit for me was the chance to extend your stay until 6pm for £5. This made the last day very relaxing, instead of rushing around to get off pitch by 10am. The less good bit for me was the pond and play area at the Sports Centre - the pond next to the play area had Danger Deep Water signs up but was not fenced off. There was also panels missing in the fence at the play area, which allowed children to get out and into the Sports Centre car park.

This site is absolutely great, we arrived and were greeted from the very friendly staff at reception. The pitches were level, hard standing and grass for your awning and were a good size so you did not feel cramped up. When we were setting up and there was a security patrol went by us, after set up the security came round again and asked if we had any problems, I said no, he said if you have any problems or complaints please report it and it will be addressed ASAP, and I hope you enjoy your stay with us here. They patrol about every hour in the car and at night on foot so no car noise
The toilets/showers were spotless, the shop was well stocked and very good prices for a site shop. The restaurant was excellent, the service and food was first class. There were a lot of family units with young children and after talking to some they said they return a lot because the kids club and entertainment for them is great. We did not visit the clubs, there were 2 on site but will the next time we return and that wont be long, next weekend. There is a bus service that also comes to the site, all in all this site is A1+ in every way.

I stayed here for a few days over the bank holiday with my husband and our three children. This site is absolutely brilliant, The pitchers was hard standing with enough room to put our car at the side of our van with grass at the side for your awning. The toilet and shower blocks where lovely and clean no matter what time of day and very modern too. Elson and waste points where out side and kept very clean and didn't smell.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was two on site clubs that you could go to, one did lovely meals that was reasonable price, the club also had pool, gym, sauna and snooker tables, which was at no extra cost. There was also a fishing lake and golf course to use too. We were given a pass card to use all the facilities which we took full advantage of. Then there was the family club with a little arcade with entertainment which was brilliant for the kids and the adults. There was a gift shop and a convenience store that was quite reasonable.
We never left the site as we didn't need to and we did something different every day and still didn't get to doing everything. This is a brilliant site and would recommend this site to anyone and will defo go back there. Fantastic.

What a fantastic site, we use this site at least 4 times a year for weekends.
I wish many other sites were as well presented as this, no mud, no mess, clean toilet and shower blocks.
The facilities on offer for the price are brilliant, with gym, pool and sauna thrown in for the price.
Even the bar prices are better then my local and the food especially the carvery are good value for the money.
All pitches are in good order and perfectly level.

We found this site to have a good range of facilities.
Swimming pool, nice children's park's ( two ), a couple of bars with family areas.
The toilets and showers were clean when we visited but maybe are starting to get ready for some money spending on them as some tiles were coming off the walls in showers.
As said before the tourers are kept apart from each other by nice hedges which helps to keep the noise down.
Other than the mentioned tiles I can not think of any other faults with this site the price was also good only £21 a night for hard standing with awning and EHU in the six week holidays.

We have visited the site before when the in-laws have stayed there and that is why we decided to go and were not disappointed. We stayed here for a 3 night weekend in mid June in our tourer on a Super Pitch. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to use up several aquarolls of water so it was great having our own tap and a drain under the van to run our waste pipes to. Don't forget to pack a length of hose at least 10 metres long for your water and 3 metres of waste pipe to reach the drain. There is also a tv aerial point but we were only able to get 3 channels when we did a scan through, whereas our van aerial got 79 digital channels so no problem with reception.
It only cost us £15 a night for the super pitch the time we went. That gives you the use of the indoor pool, which is a lot hotter than you get at a local leisure pool which is great for my one year old as they soon get cold at that age. There is a nice bar in the same pool complex which does food and has tables and chairs to sit outside. It's also in sight of one of the children's play areas, so nice to sit having a pint while the kids play. Inside there is also a gym and a snooker tables plus some arcade machines for the kids.
My only complaint about the whole place was the swimming changing rooms were a bit smelly and the showers were to hot with no control of the temperature. I think it was damp as they never really dry out so that could do with improving.
The rest of the site was lovely. The pitches are very large with hedged areas keeping the rows separate. Everywhere was very clean including the chemical toilet point. Grass was kept very short which meant it dried out nice and quick when we had a light shower one evening so that keeps the van a bit cleaner with kids in and out.
It's about a 5 minute drive to the centre of Skegness which has a Morrisons for shopping and fuel. On the road to the seafront there is an M&S, Argos, Boots etc and then all the cheapy shops and arcades so something for everyone.
I spent a couple of hours fishing in one of the two lakes and caught some decent size roach and some small crusians. I was getting a bite almost as soon as the bait hit the water.
We never used the shower/toilet block as we showered after swimming and then used the van facilities but my wife had a look around them and said they were very clean and tidy.
At the main/bar club they have shows on in the evening but with the young kids we were all exhausted and ready for bed quite early on. Maybe if we get back for a longer break we will have more time to get up there.
I'm sure we will be there again over the next few months as there is so much to do with the kids. They have a sister site in Hunstanton called Manor Park I think so we may try that one out as well as that is about the same driving time for us.

Wow, this site is excellent value for money and what a site. Pitches level, toilet block very clean and looks very good, must say though I would use the family shower for kids, the temperature in the main showers was fabulously hot and powerful.
The site is in the middle of the complex with different pubs surrounding you and within walking distance of three minutes each way. Pool was great and clean although there was not enough changing cubicles. The sites gym and sauna were fab and the hairdressers were reasonably priced. Eating places were good and you can use the main hotel restaurant.
The entertainment in the kids room was ok, the hired acts were good but the site entertainment team need some work. Kids were happy though and that all that mattered. ( Need more party dances were my kids words).
Located very close to Skegness which has seen some major improvements over the years, good shopping actually.
All in all fab site with everything you could want for the kids and at no extra charge except for golf and fishing. Wonderfully clean and well presented site. Will be returning !

Stayed one night during half term. Quite busy compared to other sites we stayed on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Found our pitch which was half price (bargain) a lot of pitches quite waterlogged but knew from other reviews this seems to be a recurring feature of whole site. Had a good walk round and the place is massive. Lots of facilities you can use but we did not have time to.
The toilet block was um dirty, smelly and the mens had been trashed according to my other half.
We would return to this site with our children and use the pool, club etc next time.
