My husband and I visited New Farm last year we really enjoyed our stay so decided to return, its amazing how much its come on over the last year with a change to the landscape everything is maturing and looks wonderful, the fishing lakes look great and my husband caught a few carp fish whjch he was happy with,
We appreciated the new shower room it's good in size and nice and powerful.
We really like it here as its great to relax the surroundings are beautiful.
The owner was very pleasant and helpful!

Site is very tidy and well run, toilet facilities very clean, nice quiet location away from main roads and traffic.
You are not allowed to take vehicles onto the camp site, and have to leave your vehicle in the overflow car park, then carry equipment to your pitch. (we were 3rd tent approx 50yards) Not very convenient as it started raining while we were pitching, also we had no light as this is run off car battery, and use vehicle for storage to keep tent clear of food clothes etc. It is a real pain.

We had surprisingly wonderful summer weather for our 1st stay at this site. The site has level pitches and is well laid out (though after unloading cars are to be parked in the adjacent carpark) and on our visit it had predominantly caravan/motorhomes. The tenters (like us) are pitched in line with the refuse/recycling bins and a huge refuse bin into which the small bins are emptied. As the wind blew from that direction all weekend the smell was, at times, unpleasant. The shower and toilet block was very clean all the time and I've never seen such large plush shower cubicles. Shame that on the two mornings a shower was taken - no hot water! Good washing up facilities for tenters but no ice block freezing facilities. Get the impression caravanners were preferred. Apart from the above (and a very noisy family as neighbours) we had a pleasant stay, handy for Nantwich and the canal system.

Very good site in lovely surroundings a little bit out on its own but there is a pub about a miles walk that serves food plenty of other pubs within driving distance . The davenport is very short drive 2.5 miles and very reasonable prices and very good food also 17 miles to chester and zoo and about 25 to cheshire oaks shopping village. The site toilets and showers were very clean and tidy. The young man who runs the place is always available and nothing was too much trouble.

Just got back from a weekend at this fantastic site, we really enjoyed ourselves. The man at the desk was friendly and helpful, the site was beautiful, clean and quiet, the toilet block was spotless and there was no queues, and plenty of room for the little one to run around, also nice fishing lake, in fact loved everything about this site, one small point don't rely on your sat nav as it takes you the long way round, and through some vey narrow roads, stick to the directions on the google map. Will definitely be going back again

Lovely Place. We had not been camping for many years and this was our first trip, impulse booked and in a brand new tent. We loved it, a really nice site, clean, tidy and breezy, staff were excellent and as a biker it was great to hear the races going on at Oulton Park. Toilets were clean and tidy and a small shop (not greatly stocked I must admit) provided some essentials needed. We will visit again soon.

Excellent site , very full over Easter weekend but not overcrowded. Very quiet rural location excellent pitch sizes ample hardstanding for car beside your caravan, had been a little windy in the past being very open but with recent changes by the fishing lake adding embankments had cut out the wind but not the beautiful views.
Highly recommend this site.

We booked this site due to it not being to far away for us, as my husband was on call. A big factor for us was that it had wi-fi. However we found the signal very very poor and as such was unable to connect at all during the trip which was a disappointment. We were also looking forward to the luxury of fully serviced pitches, but unfortunately given the position of the tap and drain, if your water point is at the front, your mains water lead won't reach and you would need an extension to reach, we also had to go and purchase an additional 6m of waste pipe for the drainage. The site looks fairly new and it appears that the owner is putting a lot of work into the maintenance of the site, with the planting of additional trees etc. Overall, probably a great site for couples looking for complete peace and quiet, but wouldn't recommend for families especially as we got told once about our son being to close to the amenity block with his bike but he wasn't doing any harm. Overall despite the gripes we did have an enjoyable weekend, just feel we wouldn't return again.

What a great site! It was lovely and peaceful, no noise after 11pm to respect other campers which is a good idea, saves being woken up by loud ppl drinking!
The toilet block is one of the best we've experienced although limited on showers. If you don't stay in busy periods it doesn't cause a problem. Washing facilities and waste disposal are very good and the owner very helpful.
Shop is limited with just basics stocked so make sure you take most of what you need.
Very enjoyable stay will be staying again!

Well another enjoyable visit. The shrubs on site are really filling out and is getting very popular with immaculate toilet / shower block and water / waste / elsan you don't need anything else. This site is a beautiful tranquil retreat, for adults and families alike.Mark the owner takes pride in his lovely site and is always on hand to help ,the reception shop has a small stock of forgettable items and the site is secured with a barrier (£10 deposit) Locally the barbridge inn only 10 minutes away has excellent food (recommend the chicken / gammon / mixed grill) candle workshops and the canal stair case locks are good places to visit.
Recommend this site 100%
