A nice site but not for those with children.
We spent a nice weekend here but there was nothing on site for the children to do. Considering the amount they had obviously spent on making sure all pitches had full services etc, and that the site was set in the middle of 225 acres of land we thought that they could have put a couple of football nets and maybe a small climbing frame in one of the empty adjoining fields. Then the children could have gathered there and played and made friends - as it was we had to take them out all the time to the lovely parks in Warwick and Leamington Spa. Sometime when you've had a full day, you just want to sit and watch the kids play with a cup of tea and you couldn't really do this here, it was so quiet you felt as if you were making too much noise if you let the kids play.
As a family we paid almost £30 a night and thought the facilities for us were sadly lacking. We paid £2. 50 per child per night and there was nothing for them to do for this cost. They couldn't even ride round on their scooters as it was all shingle so it was even unsuitable for bikes.
We didn't arrive until 7pm on the Friday night and the Caravan Club always let us stay late on the Sunday which allows us to have another full day for no charge. This site would have charged us £5 so we didn't bother. We thought they were following the CC's pricing plan but obviously not in this way.
Considering the amount of pitches there we thought that there weren't enough showers and we always had to wait for one. They were nice and clean though when we finally got in.
We thought the site felt like a ghost town - it was full of high quality units with old people who sat inside and watched TV most of the time. We like the kind of sites where you can chat to people and this just didn't happen here, it felt deserted although it was actually quite full.
We never really saw the owners, they were pleasant enough when we checked in but we had no further dealings with them after that.

We had asked for an accessible pitch, that is one near an accessible toilet and shower and were not disappointed. The pitch was surrounded by hedges on 3 sides which was a bonus as the site is high up and windy. The pitch was fully serviced and an ample size. The site is well laid out and the showers and toilets were well maintained and a good size. There is a walk from the site which is reasonably accessible and very pleasant. The location of the site is very good as Leamington Spa is close and Stratford on Avon is not too far away.

We only spent 3 midweek nights here but would be happy to return for a 'proper' stay. We had a lovely pitch with its own private lawn surrounded by mature hedging on a lovely peaceful site. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
The dog walk was a good feature with plenty of wildlife to see en-route.
The facilities were well maintained, clean and easily accessible.
We did not know the local area but thoroughly enjoyed our brief local tour including Leamington-Spa and Warwick. You need wheels to get to the nearest shops.
The wi-fi was disappointing since you had to trek to the office to get a signal. However, it was free.

We planned this stop enroute south. We had 10 night at site which was very enjoyable The site is very accessible off the Fosse Way. The site is a good location for many places of interest in the area ie. - Warwick- Stratford upon Avon-Cotswold villages &towns. There is a good choice of eating places in the area. The site is well laid out with water-elect. And drainage to each pitch. The pitches will get better as time progresses with the newly planted hedges separating each pitch. It is credit to the owners for the new extension to the site. They were very helpful with all our enquires of the area.

Lovely stay. The park is in the middle of the countryside and there is no clubhouse or entertainment which means you will be guaranteed a very quiet stay. The sheep in the field next door add a bit of quiet background noise which adds to the country feel. Toilet blocks are immaculate as it the bin area, sanitation point and washing up facilities.
The place is very child friendly (they'll love the sheep), but there is no play area. However, Warwick and Warwick Castle are only 15 minutes away for a fun day out
Each pitch is hard standing with a tap, electricity, drain and light.
There are no torturous country lanes to navigate (of importance to caravaners) and the place is easily accessible by road.
Overall we spent a lovely 2 nights here

Stayed on the 'new' part of the site as yet again we were unable to get in at Warwick Racecourse! A very clean, very smart site, helpful staff who were expecting us, knew how much we had left to pay - Such an easy check-in - Others take note!
Choice of pitches ALL fully serviced with tap, electric, waste and a small light and on hard standing = PERFECT! New reception and toilet block, plus two other toilet blocks.
A VERY quiet site, with children in other vans that were quiet, just a slight roar at peak times from the Fosse Way and the odd train in the distance - a VERY relaxing stay, we'll be back!

Stayed here for two nights. Both overnight one night stops when travelling to and from Yorkshire. A beautiful peaceful site. Just what we needed after spending 4 hours on the motorways. Toilet block excellent. Clean with individual wet rooms. Best I have ever used. Check in excellent and nobody constantly cutting the grass. Pitches well spaced and level for our motorhome with water tap on each pitch. Would not recommend site for long stays with a motorhome as no shop and a long walk to get to the bus stop. Ideal site for caravans as you would have to drive to get anywhere. Usual Caravan Club charges apply.

We have just returned from a week at this site and how good it was. We were given a warm welcome, and shown our pitch which was gravel hard standing, with also a patch of grass. Electricity hookups and water at the edge of the pitch, and lovely views. Superb shower blocks, roomy and very clean with lots of hot water.
Information in the office about Restaurants guided us to Harbury and the Shakespeare which served good Pub food in the Conservatory.
We visited Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and 2 NT Houses, their are many in the Area. My Husband and friend also had a good day at Gaddon Motor Museum which is just down the road. As we left in the morning the Sheep and lambs were being rounded up by the Sheep dog, a really lovely Country sight.
We shall return as there was still so much to see and do and we loved the peace and quiet

The positives were pleasant views, spacious pitches, site in excellent condition and a credit to the owners, farm location. The only downsides were (a) its remoteness, lack of walks - we had to travel everywhere by car. (b) constant 24 hour traffic noise from the nearby roads and (I suspect) the M40 (about 1 mile away). We quickly got used to the noise, however, and it didn't spoil our holiday but if you like total peace and quiet, this could be annoying.

As the name suggests you are located within a working farm, but the actual camping area is tucked away on an immaculate area to the left of the farm house. A very peaceful site.
The check-in process was very quick and easy with the added bonus of being able to select any of the vacant pitches - gravel with a small grass area, electric hook up and water tap per pitch. The pitches were divided by hedgerow. In the middle of the first camping area was a little green area for ball games or for the children to have a run around. There is no play area for the children, but our children (1, 4 and 14 year old) were more content with playing the ball games or watching the horses and sheep.
A farm walk is available past their 2 horses, sheep and across the farmers field.
The site is immaculate including the toilet and shower areas. Lovely to have a spacious family / disabled shower room with space to hang our clothes and toiletries and to wash the children properly.
The little village of Harbury is only a 2 min drive away with a well stocked Co-op for your basics or further afield is Asdas at a 10 min drive away.
We used this campsite as a base to visit Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon, so was out daily and back early evening.
If we were in this area again, we would definitely stay at Harbury Fields Farm.
