Just returned from a great week at this site. Pitches are spacious, shower blocks are always immaculate, shower cubicles spacious and showers hot.
Only small criticism, I had to queue once for a shower but virtually every day to wash up! Could do with another washing up sink but this is only minor gripe.
Owners very friendly and helpful, great location, we visited Warwick and Kenilworth castles which are local.

We chose this site because it is only a few miles from home, for a quick weekend away. The site itself is lovely, & immaculate, showers were the best I have seen, and very good size pitches. Unfortunately, not so good for children, our daughter who is 9, had absolutely nothing to do and she could only look at the sheep so many times. The average age of the guests here was 65/70, (and no other children around) hence the site was extremely quiet. I would suggest a small play area in the rally field, wouldn't take much just a swing & slide maybe and then at least it would be more appealing for families. We will go back, but not as regularly as we had hoped

We stayed here during the half term holiday. It is a lovely small and quiet site. Perfect for getting away from it all. No play area but very spacious pitches and I felt safe letting the children ride their scooters around the track as they could easily see any cars approaching. To access the site you have to drive up a very long drive therefore the site is well away from the road which is great. We did occasionally hear train noise at night, but once we figured out what the noise was it did not bother us any more. The site is situated near ot Warwick castle which is a wonderful day out.
The toilets and showers and were spotless and were cleaned regularly. The owners were very pleasant, the owner came to visit us in the evening once we had settled in and introduced himself and gave us an information sheet. We will definitely be returning here.

Great little site. The views are lovely and the pitches are spacious. After a night of sub-zero temperatures we were pleased to find that the showers / toilets were nice and warm.
There is a fairly large field to walk the dogs.
The owner was very friendly and helpful
We only stayed 2 nights as it was the first time out with the new van and we were busy testing everything out, so we did not see too much of the local area, however we will definitely return here.

Last minute decision to go away - not able to arrive until 7.30 pm, met straight away and guided to facilities and our pitch, which was a very good size and hardstanding. No noise on farm - except for a very occasional plane (twice). Showers excellent and hot. Very good reception for TV, no need for satellite aerial. Very reasonable at £12 per night. No problem visiting Warwick - advised about car parks for our motor home - will be going again

Stayed on this site for a night on our way home from up the Country. You find a pitch and then they come round to collect payment which is quite nice. The pitch sizes are a good and the site is well maintained. The showers and toilets are clean, tidy and warm although I struggled for somewhere to put things when in the shower. Good to see they provide disabled facility too with a ramp to access (even though we don't need this ourselves). Easy to take the dogs for a nice walk as the owner directed us to a field just off the track where the dogs could run. Overall, a good site and reasonably priced.

I was lucky enough to stay here for several weeks on and off through the summer of 2008. What a wonderful haven. It is a fantastic site for those who want to get out of the way of the normal busy sites.
The surroundings are so pretty and the shower/toilet blocks are the cleanest I have experienced.
The owners of the site were very helpful as I was lone traveller some of the time and helped me with a rather difficult spell with my awning during freak bad weather.
If you have dogs there are some good walks for them and a brilliant large field where you are welcome to let them run.
Nearby there are good amenities shops, pubs with good food and the site is not far from some very good places to visit. Warwick Castle is beautiful and to be recommended.
Many thanks for a fabulous retreat. I will return again.

Wow - what a fantastic little site.
We'd booked a stay of 5 nights as we wanted to visit the NEC for the Caravan & Motorhome Show and tour some of the surrounding area.
We found the site easy to find and it's reached at the end of a lane once you turn off the main road.
As we reached the site a sign asked us to select an available pitch. Rob (the Owner) soon spotted us upon arrival and informed us which pitches were available and to take our time before deciding which one we wanted. He said he'd come back later to check we were ok and settled.
There are 3 paddocks and we chose a pitch with gravelled hardstanding near the 'main' washblock. We had views of the surrounding hills, countryside and the sheep in the fields.
The washblock is immaculate - my husband rated them as the best we've ever used! There are 3 toilets and 3 wetrooms in the Mens and 2 of each in the Ladies. The showers have fully adjustable heads so you can adjust the flow of the water and also the temperature. They had a constant flow of water as hot as you liked it. There is also a smaller washblock with a disabled shower and toilet in the Ladies in the first (smaller) field. There is also a Laundry room.
It cost us £11 a night with 16 amp EHU and no 'hidden' extra's for our dogs, awning or a gravelled hardstanding which we thought was excellent value.
The village of Harbury is about a mile but not really walkable once you reach the end of the lane due to the main road. There was a bus stop at the end of the lane but I forgot to check where they went to and how often. Although, we did pass a bus quite late one evening when driving back after a long day.
This site is close enough to the numerous tourist attractions in the area. We visited Warwick, Kenilworth Castle and Stratford upon Avon. The only problem was that we didn't fit in everything we wanted to do! So, I guess we'll just have to go back and this is one site we can't wait to go back to!
If you're after peace and quiet and value high standards of cleanliness and a warm friendly welcome then go here but PLEASE make sure you leave a pitch free for us!

We visited this site for the first time and we were very impressed with absolutely everything.
The toilets and shower block were the best we have seen.
The sunset on the weekend we were there was out of this world. We were lucky as the windmill at Chesterton (this is only open on one weekend a year) was open and we thoroughly enjoyed going right to the top. There is so much to see and all within a short car ride away.
Whilst visiting Hatton Locks two canal boats passed through so we could watch all the activity. Living in Suffolk we do not have any canals near us, so this was very interesting.
We shall certainly come again.
The only problem was that we found it a bit difficult to actually find the site. The directions on the website were for visitors coming from the North or South, and unfortunately we came from the East!
Harbury village has very narrow streets and is not easy to negotiate towing a caravan!

This is a Fantastic site the best farm site in central England, we visit this site a lot and are always given the warmest of welcomes from Rob and his family nothing is to much trouble.
Its a really peaceful setting surrounded by a working sheep farm, its great in the lambing season, all the pitches are of good size and well laid out in 3 sections so noone feels cramped in.
The toilet blocks are the best I have ever seen on a camp sight with individual cubicals and they are 5* for cleanliness. The sites fees are the same all year round no price hikes in the summer months and excellent value for money for such a fantastic well kept site.
Will be returning to this site on a regular basis its great for a weekend or a whole week there is plenty to do in the local area and great if you have dogs like we do, you must try this site trust me you will not be disappointed.
