Lovely friendly campsite in a working farm. Kids fell in love with poppy the dog, and even fed a lamb.
The campsite has all you need, hot clean showers, hot water for dishes and a freezer for beer. The campsite is quiet, clean and friendly.
There is a great pub a few miles away in the local village, The Black Lion. Wonderful food and friendly helpful staff. Beautiful countryside and some wonderful scenery, great sunsets. Would go back anytime. Lovely relaxing break.

Just got back from a lovely few days staying here. The owners are lovely and so helpful. Owner was always contactable on the phone if needed. In the mornings we even got to feed the lambs their bottles of milk. We had lots of room which with 2 kids was great.
Facilities are spotless and well maintained. Definitely would recommend this campsite. Close to some really nice towns too for days out. We will definitely be back there next year.

Wow. & double wow. What a stunning place. Having endured several weeks of road building noise followed by a weekend music festival just across the road, I was ready to rip my own head off. Haven't spent any time in a tent since some time around 1975 & travelling alone so it could all've ended in tears. Instead I felt like I'd hit some sort of camping jackpot.
Immaculately clean toilets and showers; proper sinks for washing up; beautifully maintained landscape. With a live band striking up in the distance some time around 11pm on Saturday night for a couple of hours to make it feel just like home. ;-) Given the amazing weather (+ forecast of several more days), couldn't believe there was only 1 more tent on Saturday & just me on Sunday. Incredible.
(Anyone who's given this place less than the full bag of stars, please do let me know where else you've stayed - apart from the absence of a pub within walking distance, can't imagine what else could've been offered here)

A lovely peaceful site. The owners are very friendly and the shower block was spotless. The water was always hot for a shower, and there was even a washing machine should you wish to use it. The beach to the west of Abergele is dog friendly.
We booked for 3 nights and stayed 10. We saw some badgers and amazing sunsets, also a foal was born while we were there (can't promise you will see any of these).

What an idyllic place. The campsite is peacefully located in a working farm. Our view took in the sheep, the horses, the farm buildings and beyond that out to a small view of the sea. While we couldn't see the chickens and geese, we enjoyed their produce!
The owners are lovely people, keen to help out in any way and they keep the site sparkling with all the amenities that you could possibly expect. They were good enough to let our Houdini of a greyhound run about in a fenced field - I couldn't guarantee that they would be able to do this for everyone - we were there mid week on a non school holiday week so site was quiet.
Although inland, the coast was easily acceptable albeit down some single track roads. I did clench a bit at these first time but then the owners drive a big horse box down these roads and buses and trucks go down them too so as long as you're sensible, you will be okay. We were privileged to see some dressage practice from the eldest daughter and also the first turning out in to a field of a day old foal (hopefully called Leila, eh, Julie?!).
We will definitely be back to this site and as I'm a real confirmed rover, this is about the best praise I can give a site.

Lovely quiet campsite, with new and very clean toilet and shower facilities. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is no play area, but Julie said we could go up to the fields above the campsite. We had a great explore one evening which really tired out our little boy!
Lots to do in local area - Colwyn Bay, Conway Castle, lovely quiet beach at Rhos-on-Sea and a huge beach at Llandudno which has a great pier and Punch and Judy show nearby.
Would highly recommend the campsite and local area for a fantastic holiday. Will definitely stay there again if we visit this part of Wales.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, our first time as a family, camping. This site was lovely and quiet, with lovely views and in an ideal location for touring.
The toilets and showers were immaculate and there are plenty of washing up sinks too. Julie was lovely really friendly and her children were polite and did a fantastic job in helping their mum out.
We will return to this site definitely and recommend it to friends and family.
There are no play/park facilities for kids, mine are 10 and 15 but loads of open space to run around in.
We took our dog and she was more than welcome too.

Just got back from this site what can I say that hasn't already been said. A lovely newish (only 2 years old) site in picturesque scenery.
The site itself is small and friendly the amenities are kept very clean and tidy.
Julie and Geoff are very friendly and are happy to give advice on places to go etc.
Will definitely be going again to this site next year I just hope that word doesn't get around about this site and it will be fully booked.

Just back from staying at this site. We loved it and will definitely be going there again.
The site is so quiet and peaceful so those who don't like any road noise and prefer just the wind in the trees should come here. Loads of space is left between tents/caravans which is also a bonus.
The facilities were clean and new and I have a feeling they are cleaned a few times a day. Showers are big and with lovely hot water.
There is a pub and village shop down the road. I know some people like loads of facilities and children's play areas etc but this site gives you the space to play. I could hear hide and seek going on and wanted to join in but fear they would seek me too easily.

What a lovely campsite. The owners are really friendly and are always around if you need help.
The facilities are immaculate. It was our first time camping too. Would go again when I can. We pitched up right next to the kitchen and toilet block which was great as we had 2 kids with us.
There was plenty of hot water to wash dishes and have a shower in the morning.
It a nice quiet site where you can find peace and quiet so if you have noisy kids be careful.
