Lovely, lovely site. Quiet and relaxing. Great facilities, though I think that another shower/toilet will soon need to be built as this site grows in popularity as no doubt it will. Sat between Bristol and Bath with easy access to both. Fresh eggs and honey available at the farm. Lovely people very helpful. Highly recommend. Have already booked a return visit for this year. A much needed site for this area.

What a lovely little site - we stayed for the weekend as we were exhibiting at the harbour festival. Easy access to Bristol but in the countryside. The site itself is small and has basic facilities - what looked like a small garden shed turned out to be a tardis of a toilet and shower block - amazingly clean and well kept the Loo even had a small library and info centre. Home made baking available to order (lemon drizzle cake yum yum). Shower powerful and hot with plenty of room to change/dress.
Owners were extremely helpful and showed us everything as soon as we arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolute gem of a place. Owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Even going getting us a pump and helping us blow up an air bed after my compressor gave up the ghost. Small place with only one toilet and one shower, but the facilities are very clean and welcoming with free magazines and books and lots of information regarding local attractions and events. No facilities for children/families but ideal if you're looking for a quiet place. Situated in a pleasant village with easy access to Bristol and Bath. Couldn't recommend more, would definitely stay there again, 5*

The owners make a huge effort to meet & greet each new arrival, show them around the facilities and to keep the place spotless. They deserve great credit for this and, as is clear from other reviews, it makes a big difference to the quality of time spent there.
This campsite is an ideal base for exploring Bristol / Bath. It is secure (gate closed at night; owners close by 24/7), well-placed for road links and the toilet / shower facilities are first class for camping. Moreover, it is a competitively priced site - around half the tariff of most campsites in the Bristol area. Beyond an open grass field, I didn't see many amenities for families / children (no swings, etc, etc) but the pitches are well-maintained (with hard-standing now providing all-weather options) and the site is thoughtfully and competently run. Mainly, though, it is the friendliness of the owners which distinguishes the place - and the decent price tag.

Finding the site was not difficult, from the A36 onto the A431, through Bitton and the entrance is right on the main road. Simples.
The field also wasn't too hard to find, having already been occupied with a couple of units. We parked on the entrance road temporarily and were met by the owner who suggested we avail ourselves of a suitable pitch. There was a choice of two remaining, both equally level and near to the facilities.
By the time we had got the caravan legs down we were greeted by the other owner who showed us the toilet and shower block and the facilities for disposing of wet and dry waste and so on.
In no time at all we were set up, plugged in and making that all too welcome cup of tea.
We had a lovely view for miles, and often were able to see the Hot Air Balloons as they came over the area - different.
The single toilet and shower block worked out just right, and we never had any trouble waiting to use either of them, and these were kept spotless every day, and had inside all the information about the area, plenty of reading material including books and puzzles that we could borrow.
Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful, it really did make our stay special, we met some very nice people and had quite a few laughs.
Being only about twenty five minutes from the centre of Bristol, the route in by car was straightforward and for those who wished, there is a bus route right on the doorstep.
Thank you very much for making our stay so easy and pleasant, we shall certainly be back in the future. Oh, and the Farm Honey is absolutely delicious and is highly recommended.

Wow what find.
This is without doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed.
Sun all day (when its out) very quiet, great shower and toilet facilities (in the shed.
Very close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path and the Bird in Hand pub.
The owners are great and could not be more helpful.
There a Supermarkets very close by and the bus passes just outside.
If you want to visit Bath or Bristol this is a great location.

Wonderful small site. Owners very friendly and made tea for some of those arriving on site. Farm fresh eggs and honey available from the cottage. Washroom facilities (toilet and separate shower) are located in a well constructed shed which was very well specified and looked after. Only potential issue was noise form the nearby road, but this didn't detract from the sites good features. On the list to use again if I am in the locality.

Knights Folly Farm is a clean, friendly little site with a big future. I can highly recommend this site to others
The area is so cute with a steam railway running nearby, good shopping and also big supermarkets about 2 miles away.
The Camp-site is also Camping and Caravan Club registered. The site is being updated with I believe showers opening soon.
I can with hand on heart give this site ten out of ten to sum this site up in one word 'perfect'
Thanks for a lovely stay and we will be back Colin Beech

We stayed on this lovely camp site for only one night and the owners were very helpful and accommodating.
We phoned last minute after purchasing a second hand Rapido Record folding caravan (which had not been opened in over 10 years!) as we decided to throw caution to the wind and try it out en route after collecting it.
We were delighted with the camp site (and the folding caravan which was immaculate!) as it was clean, quiet and secure.
Highly recommended and we will be staying here again!

Spent a very good family night here, lovely location close to local areas although not over looked with lovely views, good clean and well cared for toilet amenities.
Made to feel very welcome when booking and on arriving and departure.
Look forward to staying again and exploring the local walking & bike trails that the area can offer.
A friendly family run campsite perfect for a quiet relaxing night.
