We avoided the more commercial sites just up the road, in favour of 'Seaside', pitching our tent on the (small) cliff top with great views over the sea from our comfy drinking perches. In fact we could watch our 5 and 7 year olds on the beach as we cooked/quaffed, they loved it. Theres a reasonablly stocked shop on site, but theres also large superstores at Bridlington just 8 miles away. A nice walk North across the cliff tops which ends at Barmston Drain, sounds bad, but a must for those crab catchers out there. I'll come back to this site before long.

The site is right on the beach, with a view over to Bridlington bay. We could walk straight out of our tent and onto the beach it was great. Toilets were basic but fine. We have 2 kids aged 6 and 8 who took their bikes. It is a nice flat site great for cycling and there is a kids play area at the other side of the park. The dog loved it too having the run of the beach. Hope you have a nice time wherever you go.
P.S. There's also a pitch and put and golf course along the road a couple of miles to the south, if you feel inclined.
