July 2004 Just returned from this site yesterday after a great holiday, only wish we could have stayed longer. The site is up in the hills about five miles from Denbigh, the touring field has beautiful views all the way round and the facilities are excellent, clean toilets and free showers, also facilities for the disabled, a small shop for essential items and a laundry. This is the ideal spot to explore Snowdonia and the surrounding countryside and coastal areas. Not really the place to go if you like arcades and fun-fairs, although there were quite a few youngish children on the site and they seemed to be enjoying themselves without being rowdy or spoiling anyone else's enjoyment. The owners are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that everyone was happy, advised us that it's best to phone and reserve a place for Bank Holiday periods, their phone number is on their web-site. We will definitely be going back and I would recommend this site to anyone who loves a bit of peace and quiet and lovely surroundings.
