Yet another visit to this wonderful site, children's play area situated away from the tent field, clean toilet and shower block with free showers, there is dishwashing and plenty of stand pipes around the place so no great distance to lug water.
The centre of the tent field seems to attract water if there has been heavy rain so you're best sticking to the edges unless its dry and likely to remain that way.

Just spent a week here. Having travelled from Lancashire on a scorching day arrived tired and a bit frazzled. The welcome we received and the pitch that we were able to choose for ourselves soon bucked us up. The owners cannot do enough to help. Even allowing entrance to the shop via the reception on an evening when we arrived back after the shop had closed and needing to pick up our icepacks. (free by the way) All the facilities were very good although dish wash area was a little small (2 sinks) Plenty of hot water. We had a pitch with hook up at the bottom of the site, nice and flat and very reasonably priced.
Fantastic views of the mountains from our tent. Would certainly recommend this site.

Stayed here for our 3rd time this year however, this was for the Mountain Bike World cup this time so wasn't sure what to expect.
The place was a lot busier than normal however we didn't feel squashed together, pretty much most people had quietened down after midnight and the facilities coped well (just plan when you are going for a shower or for washing dishes and you'll be fine). Although the place was pretty maxed out there was still plenty of room for everyone :) Great location for the buses which picked us up at the school but if you are going for other things you are only 5 minutes outside of Fort William and on the road to Mallaig / Corpach.
After the event place was its usual peaceful self :) great site, owners really are so friendly, showers are great, facilities always clean, ground is great for pitching a tent, would not hesitate to recommend again and will def be staying again next year! Views of Ben Nevis are amazing!

This was an epic site, Loch Lhinnie 2 minutes away where you can go for a walk or fish or just sit and watch time go by. There is a fairly biggish kids area with swings and climbing frame and shoot and fenced in with a door style to take you onto the beach further along. The tent area is nice although we had a trailer tent we managed to get a part where we were half hard standing and other grass. Each space had a hook-up, toilets (were free) were clean and cleaned each morning. The shop was adequately stocked which was beside the laundrette which was big and again beside that was a ball pool and toys for under 5's. The harry potter train goes past once a day to Mallaig and back, the drive to Mallaig is nice and scenery lovely. Stop off at Glen Finnan and further up there is a we church you can go into which is about 3-4 min drive on the left. The site staff are friendly and you see them about tending the site. There are log type cabins and statics with lovely views. There's not much to fault here apart from the other review given is the weather, when it's wet it dreich and drab. 15 mins drive away there is a swimming pool (indoor) in Fort William if your going to get wet get wet there.

Excellent place! There were 15 of us who arrived in a go. We got welcomed professionally, were given advice about the area, and told about the facilities available to us. The site is beautiful, with amazing shots of the Ben. We had no problems with other campers. The site is right next to a river, which has a pebbled bank, where you can go for strolls etc. Easy to get to as well, directions on the website were spot on. Only downside was the weather, but we can't blame the campsite for that! Thank you again, Ian and Anne!

Stopped over en route to skye, fantastic site with plenty of hook ups if needed (book in advance), staff were friendly and helpful.
The main field is near the river and is flat and spacious, there are some lovely views towards Ben nevis.
The toilet block is large and spotless, for a large site it always seemed quiet, handy for the Fort william area and will use again.

Stay on this site nearly every year. Friendly people. £15 per night with electric excellent value.
Love the toilet & shower block, warm and free showers . Always clean.
Can park where you like which is a good advantage because many parks are not allowing this any more.
My favourite site in Fort William as the other two have become very impersonal.

Needed to stay in Fort William area & were more used to wild camping than staying on a site, so found this one from the internet. It sounded good and we were not disappointed after our visit.
Grassed area very good, plenty space, flat & not stony. Good shop on site with excellent helpful staff, toilets clean & well tended, even when a coach load (Yes 50 odd) of cyclists descend upon the place.
Fort William a £4 taxi ride away, with the Ben Nevis bar in the precinct the best we found, the Indian restaurant opposite was fine, but closes sharp - so late night nibbles.
Overall we enjoyed our stay & had excellent dry sunny weather all weekend. We were fortunate to see the steam train at Banavie & plenty action as the sailing boats negotiated Neptunes Staircase.
Recommende - we will revisit sometime - hopefully soon.

WOW! we came across this site by accident and thank goodness. This family run site is pretty near perfect, the facilities are clean modern and very well maintained. We arrived late and the local pub / restaurant (the Lochy) which was recommended by the site owner was spot on, good food and very reasonably priced.
It was so nice to get great service without having to pay extra for it,i.E NOT being charged 45p per ice pack to freeze as we were by the caravan and camping club site we had stayed at the previous night. This well placed site is only 2 miles from fort william, so a taxi back to the site after a night out wont cost a fortune. Don't forget to check out the river at the back of the camping field. Well Done Lochy.

Stayed at this site in a tent for 3 nights, staff were very helpful, prices shown are the prices you pay.
The Toilets/Showers/Washing facilities were superb, lots of them & very clean. On site laundrette with 3 washers and dryers.
On site shop very well stocked for all your needs, Gas bottles sold/exchanged on site.
Childs play area for those with children.
It's about 10mins drive from Ben Nevis and has stunning views of the mountain.
5 min walk into Fort William for the shops, pubs, petrol stations and restaurants.
The tent area was flat & had EHU if needed.
Very nice site would visit again.
