We stayed at this site for a weekend in July 2007, the site was very clean, tidy, showers and toilets spotless, staff very friendly and the site was very peaceful at night. Shop very well equipped, lovely walks, beach a short drive away. We will definitely be going back again.

Just got back from 2 nights at Lleithyr Meadow. Fantastic shop, sells everything, has a great drinks section, fresh meat, if you've forgotten any camping stuff they have it, even bake their own bread! Shower block is new and clean, 20p for 4 mins shower which is long enough, and free hairdryers. Water for washing up is free. Site is positioned well, you can walk to St Davids which is the nearest town or if you go the other way you can walk to the beach.

Quite a flat site and within walking distance of the beach and St David's. Even though there was a lifesaving competition on while we were there and the site was full I still did not have to queue for the showers. The site shop had a bakery inside and supplied fresh croissants and pans au chocolate as well as bread. Really nice site that we will return to.

Pretty site and very close to some beautiful beaches. The coastal path is excellent and fantastic scenery is all around. However …. On arrival at site we were just told to pitch wherever within a certain area. No pitches are marked out unless you take an electrical hook up pitch (at extra cost) which are on the outside edge of the field. First day we had to squeeze in between two smaller tents and when they left the next morning we moved the tent again. This was midweek. By the Saturday more people had arrived and unfortunately for us a tent was pitched too close to the entrance to our tent while we were out. I think there should have been more supervision on arrival or proper marking out of pitches to avoid any embarrassment or ill feeling as a result of having to move a tent twice in one day. Not a good start to your holiday and definitely not a way to endear you to your neighbours. Appreciate the owners are running a (very successful) business but found it all a little money grabbing in the way they operated the whole site / shop. 20p for 4 minutes in the shower, 30p per ice pack in the freezer and 50p for your mobile to be charged. Oh and most important of all no recycling facilities provided. Horrific number of bottles, cardboard, tin just thrown in with everything else.
