Return visit for us.
Site is very well maintained and well laid out. Toilets are very clean and remained that way all weekend despite it being full with a rally as well.
The low amp electric is still a pain but as long as you're prepared it's ok.

This was a lovely, quiet site with excellent facilities.
A lot of thought had gone into little things that made the stay more comfortable and the washing facilities were of a very high standard.
The site was near to local amenities with the town approx a mile away.
The pitch was reasonably priced and I would recommend it!

Lovely little site, easy to find and the site was immaculate. Issued a pitch on arrival which I'm not that keen on, much prefer to choose my own pitch but that's just personal preference.
The toilet blocks were immaculate, flowers and music included. Would benefit from a dog exercise area really as we didn't find anywhere local, even asking a chap who lives on site who told us that there was nowhere close by.
Staff were very friendly. Would go back again

Good basic site, looked full when we arrived, but appeared to be many seasonal pitches, so relatively quiet. Good sized pitch, grassy and flat.
Price good, with EHU. Facilities clean and no queue for showers morning or night. Stayed for a weekend, but would struggle for longer as nowhere for children to play. Many older couples with dogs.
A friendly site. Within reasonable distance of Blenheim Palace, Burford and a quick drive to Chipping Norton.

My husband & myself visited the Merry weather site this July & found the park very peaceful & quiet, with a pretty pond still in construction, but will be lovely once finished.
There are 2 sites, the adults only, which is where we stayed & the family park.
Family park is near the toilets & showers, but actually not a stones throw from us either. I am disabled & was really pleased to find a disabled shower room, which was very like a family room, with toys & books for children too.
Amenities were very clean & nicely laid out. Only draw back was that your unable to use either an electric toaster or a kettle. Luckily we have a gas cooker & kettle so were able to have a cuppa once we'd settled in. Bare this in mind though if booking to stay. Another unusual thing was that you could use the site bbq's & chimineras for free if you wished. A lovely touch I thought.
The town of Oxfordshire fairly close by car, but we didn't actually visit.

We stayed here for a weekend break, It's a lovely little site, very basic but very clean, I didn't see so much as a spider in the toilet block.
They are very strict on the use of electric fires, kettles, toasters etc so take your gas kettle.
The owners had a party on the Saturday night and invited all to join, it was lovely to sit out on the rally field listening to live music with the children running around.
The owners were friendly and helpful. As a family this wouldn't be great for a week's visit as there is no play area but for a weekend with friends it was perfect and for those without children perfect. The site wasn't very busy so there were no queues for toilets or showers.
There is a shop with a few tent/caravan bits but nothing consumable but Chipping Norton is really not very far down the road with a Sainsburys and Coop. The chickens, ducks and birds were admired by the children and there were fresh eggs available everyday.

I booked 11 pitches on this site for a weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and was delighted that I'd found this site. The wardens didn't throw their hands up in horror at the prospect of a 'group booking' like many sites do - it was lovely to know that a well-behaved but sociable group would be welcomed!
The site is extremely well-kept with immaculate facilities, and is clearly well-organised. The bathrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly; we had no complaints about the standard of housekeeping.
The only slight negative point is the reduction in the electricity supply to 6A, following a tragic accident last year. We fully understood this, but others in our group who had standard domestic kettles etc found they kept tripping the supply. However, the site were very kind about this and even lent them a gas stove on which to boil their kettle!
Overall, a great site and one which we'd return to again.

Visited on a quite Sunday Evening. With our Overland ready LR Defender and Roof Top Tent. Very nice welcoming committee shown to pitch and all amenities. I would suspect the in the height of the season and the park full some of the pitches might appear a little tight, especially if a neighbor does not park correctly in their allotted pitch.
But the biggest selling point besides the very reasonable prices was the cleanliness of the place. NOT one single piece of rubbish anywhere and when I saw the cleaner the following morning she was cleaning the window frames (the inside bit when it's open and nobody sees)and if that is the level of hygiene then take it from me the rest was spotless. Thank you

Bank holiday weekend with friends. The site was busy with all pitches filled and some on rally field. Well laid out grass field of flat pitches. Kept maintained with short grass, toilet block is regularly cleaned well. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
There are a few niggles that detract. Please be aware that the site is now limited to 6amp electric following a tragic accident last year. It's an over reaction and could be construed as a way to reduce the electricity bill. The excuses saying that caravans are not designed to take more than that amp is a bit silly. Pitches are a bit close together and one might suggest that if safety was so paramount they might be better off increasing the size of them.
Toilet blocks are clean but for a full site 3 urinals, 3 toilets and 3 showers are a bit meagre when there's plenty of space for a couple more. Push button showers, is 30 seconds really a good limit for it to cut off?
It took the shine off a good site, we would consider staying again but these points would mean we'd consider some nearby alternatives.

Nice site with good size pitches and water points close by, site was very quiet when we stayed however so no push for space. Cost was reasonable when taking into account the immaculate washroom facilities, the indoor pot wash sinks and fridge freezer which we took great advantage of. There are laundry facilities on site however these are quite pricey so would recommend the launderette in Morton on Marsh which did a full service for us whilst we wondered. Also as mentioned, the Indian in Chipping Norton is fantastic. Also recommend that if visiting Oxford, make use of the park and ride. Would stay again.
