 Great find of a site very easy access to the town of Monmouth. Also a coop and a fish and chip shop just outside the entrance of the site.
Under relative new ownership. The new owners seem to be doing upgrades and improvements to the site.
Although close to town, couldn't believe how quiet it was. Heard an owl the first night, then on Sunday morning, a fox came trotting through.
Toilet/shower block a little dated but freshly decorated and clean and warm. Hot water. Also a bar on site.
Will definitely visit again.

Well located for proximity to town, shops and good walks for dogs.
The owners were pleasant and friendly and the site is clean & tidy.
Also, the local pubs were friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely visit again.

Really good site with friendly staff.
Highly recommended for a walking stay or nights out.
Live music in the club house and lots of entertainment for the kids.

Very Friendly wardens. Very clean facilities.
Perfect location for Monmouth. Nice walk into town.
Thought it was expensive at £30 a night with ehu plus £1 for a shower.

The facilities were very clean, the site was quiet and it was easily accessed from the main road.
It is very well located and the owners and staff were very friendly.
The landscaping/ layout of the site is not the most attractive but it is absolutely fine.
Showers are £1 which is OK but we would rather pay an additional £2 a night and not have to fiddle around with change.
The key features are the friendliness of the owners/staff and the proximity to Monmouth which is a great weekend destination with good shops, cafes, pubs and a theatre/cinema.

Nice, well kept site on edge of Monmouth.
Lovely family running the site.
Good, clean facilities.
Dog friendly, great walk in neighbouring field.
I would recommend the site to friends.

Great little site. Lovely clubhouse.
Very clean facilities and the people running it made you feel very welcome.
Great to have Monmouth so close and a chippy and coop right outside.
Definitely go back.

Spent 2 nights here. Very warm and helpful welcoming.
What a gem of site.
Decided to go on to waiting list for seasonal pitch.

Very good site clean and tidy
Facilities very clean, plenty of hot water
Short walk into town chip shop round the corner and a co op can't fault the site at all
There's a club house as well owners and staff very friendly and helpful

Monmouth Caravan park
Bank holiday away with friends and we found this little gem of a campsite on line,
We booked in and when we got there we were greeted by the owners Daughter who went out of her way to put us all together 2 motorhomes and a caravan.
Its a family run campsite and we soon met the owner, a very nice man who made sure we were happy.
The toilets were clean and very well kept the showers were a £1. 00 for 8 minutes, but there was no seat to assist getting dressed and they felt a bit cramped.
The clubhouse was great with live music on the Saturday Night who sang happy Birthday to our friend they made an effort to find us all a seat.
We crossed a field into Monmouth visited a military museum and ended up in a pub a great little town with lots of shops
I will be going back.
