Not so good.
The warden did not welcome me but started immediately to talk about the warm weather and dat some people had to work. I did not feel welcomed.
The pitches were sandy with little grass.
Just 2 showers. Cost 1 pound
Everything painted white with the same paint including parts off the door handles and things like that.
Not possible to dump your gray water from the motorhome.

The site is outside the town centre which is easy to get to and a 10 min walk to get back in. On arrival we had to ring for the warden who arrived quickly, a brief introduction on what was where but no hand out saying about recycling, wifi or time to get off the site?
The site is level with security barriers in and out. Most of the hard standings are taken up with seasonal caravans and the ad-hoc caravana is regulated to the middle of the site on grass pitches.
The pitches are large enough for a caravan, large awning and to park you car. Electric points are close by, we were close enough to the Elsan and grey waste point but if you were down the other end away from the club house it would be quiet a trek.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay, we would go for a short break but probably not for main holiday.
Can't comment on the facilities as they were reduced due to Covid 19

A lovely site well looked after. We were made very welcome by Chris.
There is a supermarket and chip shop just round the corner, 10 minutes walk your in Monmouth town centre, plenty of shops and restaurants.
Half an hour your in the forest of dean.
It was our first visit but we will definitely return
