Very quiet and clean site in a very nice spot by the river, our dogs loved it. Very reasonably priced. Wardens are nice and friendly. Excellent site for walkers and those who just want to have peace and quiet. We will certainly be back. Midgies can be a problem, but if you have the right sprays and gadgets with you they can be beaten.

In a word SUPERB. 5 days here, very relaxing, clean well kept toilets and showers. Very clean site with few rules, but the ones there are, are for the folks who want peace and quiet, not football or rounders etc. Even have a selection of games, books and jigsaws etc in reception for free use. Very highly recommended.

This was our first visit to the Highlands. Very friendly site owners, with good directions given. Roy Bridge is only a 10 minute walk away, with a post office and general shop. The pub opposite the entrance to the site has wonderful food, also very cheap!
Toilet / shower blocks were very clean, with free showers. There is a small laundry room with washer / dryer (make sure you leave plenty of time for drying clothes as its a bit slow) and a fridge / freezer for ice packs.
The site is nice and level, with walks through the woods to a nearby river. You can borrow games, so we had several Scrabble sessions!
Overall, very peaceful site. Would definitely go again (but beware the midgies!)

we stayed on this site for two weeks,it was very clean and quiet . A stream was at the bottom of the field and you had your choice of pitches whitch were marked down for you. The owners were helpful and were seen to empty bins and clean showers, toilets ect every day. There are two pubs 5min walk which also had free internet and great meals. I would highly recommend. The site also had games, a pay phone, books all at hand 24hrs a day.

A great site. Spent 10 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The site is very peaceful, and attracts a nice mix of people.

The toilets / showers are very clean. There were only two showers in the ladies and mens, but having said that I rarely had to wait. The showers are controllable, and not your push button type - which was great.

There is a little laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and ironing board. There is also a fridge and freezer there that you can use for free - very useful for the ice packs. Again this room was spotless.

There are a couple of pubs/inns in the village where you can find food and drink. We ate at both, and they were both good.

Wouldn't hestitate to recommend this site.

Excellent little camp site, situated next to a lovely wide river. The facilities were very clean, and the owner could be seen to pop in regularly during busy times to give everything a quick wipe etc, which made a difference. Roy bridge is 11 miles outside Fort William, heading towards Aviemore, in a lovely spot with 2 inns that both serve food a couple of mins walk away. Just 3 miles away is Spean Bridge that has a few more shops, and a chip shop.

The Camp site is situated near a railway station, so if you want you can catch the train to most places including Malaig and Glasgow, you can do.

We went at the time of Fort William’s Highland Games (With Jimmy Saville as Head of the Clan), which I would think is one of the busiest periods, and this site was just far enough away to still be peaceful. I think it’s one of those sites that seems quiet even when it’s at capacity.

If your in the Fort William area I would strongly recommend you spend a night or two here

The site is quiet and is on a river so is very picturesque. The facilities were very clean and modern too. We were in a tent for that trip, so we didn't have a hookup, but camped in a quiet corner near the river.

The main camping field is level, with hook-ups away from the river and a short climb up to the toilets. There are some hardstanding pitches next to the facilities too but these had very little view.

A trip up Aonach Mor in the cable car is well worthwhile, so is a trip on the Fort William - Mallaig railway (preferably behind the Steam Train). We also hired bikes and rode along the Caledonia Canal which was a tremendous day out.

We will certainly be going back in years to come.

Just back home from a super climbing & walking holiday in the highlands. Booked in at bunroy for two nights but just kept adding more & more days and ended up staying nearly two weeks!

A super, quiet site set in trees by the river Spean. Level grass, well run, nice clean shower block and in easy strolling distance from a very welcome pint!
