I was the only person here as it's very early in the season. A hare was hoping across the camping field when I arrived.
It's a peaceful place to stay. Lots of picnic tables to sit and eat food, there is a washing up place with two sinks - and even washing up liquid provided.
The toilets and showers were clean the shower was hot.
Really enjoyed the camping here and will be back to see what it's like later in the season as the owner says there is a shop on site for food and drink in the busier months.

Very pleased with this site. A large field surrounded by trees, it feels spacious with about 8 generously-sized pitches for caravans/motorhomes and the rest set out for tents.
Two huge wigwams and a number of large tents were being taken down after a weekend wedding as we arrived.
Adequate facilities inc large clean wet-rooms with toilet, two separate toilets, Elsan disposal and two water points. Dog friendly and very peaceful while we were there. Altogether very much what we like and so rarely find.
For walkers, there are some local footpaths through lovely agricultural countryside with more further afield.
There are no far-reaching views from the field itself due to the trees but out and around, the area is lovely.

Only 3 other families there so very quiet.
Called to say we'd arrived and told to pick our spot (EHU). Warned some marquees might arrive 0830 on our departure day so possibly some noise. Other than that no other contact with owners. Appreciate some people may not like that.
We had no issues. All communal areas very clean, plenty of hand sanitiser etc.
Bit confused by booking e mail saying toilet roll not provided!
Big wet room style showers inc. Basin and toilet hence no toilet roll as would get wet.
However 2 additional separate toilets do have toilet roll.
Skips for recycling and rubbish. Elsan toilet point.
2 drinking water points.
Pretty level site. Good sized EHU spots.
Located relatively close to Cirencester.
Very hilly area if you're planning to cycle anywhere.

Lovely peaceful site for an autumn visit. Friendly host and a farm shop on site with everything for the camper.
Didn't use the site facilities as my van is self contained but they looked modern and very clean.
There's a very slight slope and I used levelling blocks but not having them wouldn't have been a big problem.
Booked for 2 nights but stayed for 3 and had the whole field to myself on the last night.
There's a road alongside but a minor one and no disturbance. Glorious walking in the area and very handy for Chedworth Roman Villa and other NT locations.
£14.50 including hook up felt very reasonable.

A very good site. We arrived on a very wet weekend but the site remained well drained with no mud - just plenty of good grass. We did not use the cafe but the shop was well stocked.
We were greeted by the very welcoming owner and directed to our spacious pitch with electric hookup. There was only one other family on site so we were not crowded. Unsure how busy the site gets in summer, but it is a large secluded grass field (although there are only 6 hookups available).
The shower and toilet facilities were very good but there were not many of us using them when we were staying so they easily stayed clean (despite the heavy persistent rain). If the site was busy, I wonder if they could become a little overused.
We would certainly recommend the site and will would be very happy to use it again if we are in the area in future. Good pub, The Seven Tuns in nearby Chedworth village.

Stayed here for 3 nights from Thurs to Fri in a touring caravan with baby and dogs. Loved it. Beautiful, quiet field in Chedworth. 6 electric hook ups. First night we had the whole site to ourselves.
The toilet block consists of 2 toilet rooms and 4 shower/toilet rooms. The shower rooms were closed due to current covid related restrictions. However these were opened on Saturday with strict measures in place which were reasonable. I'm glad we had a tourer simply due to covid restrictions. The blocks were well cleaned and plenty of cleaning items for people to clean before and after use.
The field is huge and good for kids to play in the open. Great walks nearby for dog walking. Farm shop is very well stock with fresh fruit veg and a local butchers selection.
Cafe on site is reasonably priced and offer some great offers like fish and chips take away (or eat in) friday, bottomless breakfasts friday and saturdays (yum), Sunday lunch too.
Site staff were very friendly and always helpful with anything we had queries on. There are several pubs close by.
I absolutely recommend this site. Near to Bourton on Water, Bibury, Stow on Wold, cheltenham, Cirencestrr and Cheltenham.
Already planned our next trip!

Lovely site in the countryside. Due to Covid 19 the facility block was closed and this added to the site feeling safe.
Great farmshop and cafe on site. Could get everything you needed.
Lots of footpaths to explore in the local area.
Would highly recommend this site.

Stayed here for 3 nights, quiet in the week busier at the weekend. Lovely secluded field, reasonable size pitches with hook up, but could pick your spot otherwise. Good facilities, hot showers.
On site farm shop well stocked and good selection in the cafe, Friday night fish and chips, eat in or takeaway, were excellent.
Night skies were amazing. We travel with our cat and he liked the thick hedges to hide in! Play area by cafe for kids plus woods etc to explore.

We stayed on this friendly campsite for just one night over the weekend. We were told to pitch where ever we liked and found a reasonably flat pitch for our small tent. It was by birthday and only myself and my husband camped this time.
Pros- the farm shop is an easy walk from the campsite, it serves fish and chips on Friday nights until 9pm and this even includes Gluten Free, they have a separate fryer and understand about contamination. Breakfasts are served from 9am and you can book a table in advance. I was able to have GF sausages and toast with my bacon and scrambled egg, delicious!
- you can camp where you like.
- there are plenty of showers. (four)
- large groups can camp together.
Cons- yes there are plenty of showers but only 2 toilets that are not in the shower rooms, the shower rooms are wet rooms. The problem with this is two fold, one is if you need the loo in the morning, there is a fair chance you will need to queue as everyone is showering, the other is that the loo seat may well be wet!
- The grass had not been cut for a while and was a little on the long side.
- The ground is VERY stony and we bent three pegs!
There are play facilities at the cafe including indoor play for the under 5's. On the site itself there is no play park but plenty of space for ball games etc.
The site was really near the National Trust sites we wished to visit and was reasonably priced.
The pub down the road (Fossebridge Inn) had delicious food and also a two mile walk that they had printed out for your use, unfortunately at times I had to walk with my arms held high above my head to not get stung!
Due to the toilet situation we won't be visiting the site again which is a real pity as the cafe was fantastic!
