 Our first trip in our newly purchased motorhome, we chose an adult only site.
Robin greeted us when we arrived on-site. Site is beautifully kept with stunning views from our pitch in field 3.
We had a few teething troubles with our motorhome which Robin very kindly assisted us with.
Toilets/ showers/ washing up area all spotlessly clean. I need a decent shower to be a happy camper and this certainly didn’t disappoint.
Lovely walk across a field for access to Ellesmere, which has shops, cafes and walks around the Mere and along the canal.
We recommend the Red Lion for food and Martha & Mabel for coffee & cake.
We only live 35 minutes away but will definitely return.

A lovely quiet site with pretty views over fields and hills.
Excellent toilet and washing facilities - we didn't use the showers as only one night's stay.
Friendly and helpful staff - when the van battery went down overnight they were very happy to jump start us on our way.
Thoroughly recommended.

Peaceful, lovely views
15 min walk into town, with shops, pubs and eateries
Facilities spotlessly clean
Unfortunately we booked a hard standing pitch, which I double confirmed, put on a grass pitch on arrival !

Excellent adult campsite in amazing part of the world. Robin was extremely helpful.
Shower block was clean and plenty of hot water.
Lots to do I the area and a short walk to Ellesmere is definitely worth a visit.
Highly recommend.

Very good site well sign posted so easy to find, on arrival meet up with the owners straight away and was offered a few pitches to choose from.
Toilets and showers very clean, nice walking areas from site and a 15 minute walk into Ellesmere.
Would use site again and recommend to others

I first of all like to thank the owners for there warm welcome.
Very friendly both the site owners and also the season residents.
Our first time tenting and also young couple everyone was very helpful.
Site was very clean along with the showers blocks.
Booking again soon

Lovely quiet site, great views.
Facilities excellent, clean and warm!
Our pitch nice and flat overlooking the pond and the hills beyond.
Useful adjoining field for the dog (on the lead).
Owners very helpful and friendly.
Location perfect for Ellesmere, just a 15 min walk.

This is an excellent, well-run site.
It has a feeling of remoteness even though Ellesmere is only a fifteen-minute walk away: handy for Tesco extra, Indian & Greek restaurants, Chinese takeaway, pubs, canal etc.
We thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful site!
Well maintained, plenty of space between pitches, shower, pot wash and toilets all kept to a high standard and you can use either block.
The dog washing station is an added bonus and is on the way back from the dog walk.
Owners very friendly and offer tips for places to eat and walks to do.
Will definitely be returning to this site!

This is an excellent site everything you need fantastic owners very helpful water tap and electric on pitch.
Perfect if you have a dog great dog wash and exercise area.
Lovely walks would give this site full marks and more
