Well laid out site and friendly supportive owner.

On site road slightly narrow which meant we got front wheel stuck on the grass after a lot of rain, but help from the owner to get free and they weren't too concerned about the mess we left.

Pitches grit covered which got into van a lot. Facilities rustic wood planked, interestingly different.

Only downside not heated and drafty in windy conditions so cold after shower.

Close to St Ives, walk into town downhill relatively easy, coastal path close but that is uneven so need proper footwear and kit.

Expensive and extra for the dog which is gauling as very few other sites do so and they incur no extra cost to the site!

Nice site. Relatively quiet location. Hardstanding pitches in the area I stayed were laid with grit, bits of which were sharp (one bit even pierced my crocs) so be careful if you use inflatable chairs made with thinner material (air awnings etc will be fine).

Toilets/showers are rustic but fine, shower was a bit too hot (no way to adjust). Although staying peak season when the site was full, there was only one occasion when toilets were fully occupied.

Popular with campervans and motorhomes.

Walk to the beach is about 30 mins via road and about 40 mins via South coast path (very uneven and probably not suitable for those with mobility problems).

Small Co-op shop about 10 mins walk from site.

Hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely big spot, not enough toilets or showers

Reception never open to get maps, books or even token for washing machine.

Rubbish bins overloaded and Loos no loo roll

One of the nicest campsites we have ever stayed on, a lovely relaxed vibe despite the high winds and rain through the night!

Loved the modern /quirky facilities, nice attention to detail with a washing line on every pitch.

Andrew was very friendly and passionate about his site.

Highly recommend 😊

Friendly, well organised campsite with good sized spaces.

The most wonderful views and right on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The facilities were a good size and always clean.

The walk into St Ives can be challenging especially on the way back up but, that’s cornwall!

A lovely small and friendly site, ample and clean facilities.

Access to some nice walks and not too far from St Ives, about 15-20 minutes from site to the harbour front, slightly longer return trip.

The site has good modern clean facilities. Its short walk to coastal path and into st Ives (downhill going).

The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again.
