Very friendly welcome, quiet site offering amazing views.
Great location just above the village of Parwich.
The campsite could do with one or two more facilities,
There is only one loo and one shower.

Great location and site. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
Facilities adequate for our stay, pay for showers but to be fair the pitch costs are so reasonable it's not an issue.
Proper field to pitch a tent too with no issues getting pegs in like many sites with stones and gravel underneath.
And what a view to wake up to in the morning, beautiful.
Local pub perfect for dinner and relaxing drinks.
A hidden gem in the Peaks, we'll be back in the van.

Absolutely beautiful setting, & friendly owners.
The only thing I'd change is to have more toilets (only 1 that we could see), but it was clean & only had to queue once so not a problem.
10 minutes walk into Parwich.

Beautiful location and views.
Short walk to beautiful, quiet village of Parwich with good kids play area and Sycamore Inn which has really good food reasonably priced.
No play area for children but lots of room to play and farm animals to look at. Basic facilities 1 toilet, 1 shower, but adequate for us.
Would return to this site.
Friendly owners who let us set up where we wanted to.

Basic spacious camping field set in beautiful scenery, within working farm. Clean uni-sex toilet & separate shower.
Freezer and washing machine. Eggs can be purchased from the farmhouse.
Very friendly and obliging couple. Pub/shop which served good food only short [20 minute] walking distance away down the hill set within a pretty village.
Small child friendly park on the green.
Well worth a stop over, if only to see the baby calves and listen to the owls at night.
Reasonably priced. We go to stay over when ASHBOURNE have their annual International Street Entertainers.

We have visited this site a number of times. It has basic facilities, a toilet and a shower but always kept clean.
The site has some EHU points and a few hardstanding pitches.
The views are amazing and a short walk takes you to the village and The Sycamore pub.
Phyllis the owner is lovely

A lovely site, nice and peaceful. Fresh eggs available from the owner. Easy to get to and only a ten minute walk to the village of Parwich.
A lovely big dog walking field and a footpath across the fields leads to the village. Keep dogs on leads though as cattle and sheep grazing.
Only complaint is we would like hand sanitizer available at the taps as we have had at other sites.

Lovely site, great views of the surrounding countryside and the local village is beautiful.
Extremely welcoming hosts in this quiet site. Facilities are a bit basic but clean and serve their purpose.
Hope to back in the future.
