Narrow lane to be navigated to reach site (had to reverse some distance to allow large tractors to pass - not easy). However, really enjoyed our stay.
The facilities were excellent with showers, WCs and washing up sinks with hot water.
Swallows swooping around and a friendly farm collie dog who visited us.
View towards the sea with stunning sunsets.
£18 pn excluding hookup was good value.

A really lovely campsite. The camping area was incredibly well kept,
The toilets and showers were individual cubicles and were incredibly clean and always stocked.
We had a spectacular view across to the bay, as well as it being a short 5min walk to get onto the coastal path and a 20min walk down into New Quay (about 30mins back up!).
Our favourite part of our 2 day stay was watching the sunset over the bay and seeing the dolphins, as well as having our morning tea surrounded by lovely birds.
Perfect location, very easy payment and camping process with no one bothering you,
We will definitely be back

There are so many reasons to love this site: the location, the views, the cleanliness, the proximity to New Quay and to buses, the buzzards, the birdsong.
But I felt it was overpriced (more expensive than the CAMC at our previous location in Wales) and the shacks that housed the toilets and showers were really not up to scratch (all faded and wobbly and shabby looking).
And that narrow road to get there. Gulp.
Despite the location I wouldn't return sadly.

On arrival, the owner, Helen, thought that the site may be too wet for tents. Although the central field was extremely soggy, we found a relatively drier area between the hard standings at the top of the field, usually reserved for electric hook ups.
Quite a strong SE to SW wind during my stay, but some shelter provided by surrounding trees and hedges. A very well maintained, tidy campsite.
The facilities are great with possibly the best showers around!
Easy access to the coastal footpath across fields providing a beautiful walk into New Quay. Allow an hour as you'll be stopping to spot dolphins and choughs along the way.
Nearby, Aberaeron and LLangrannog are worth visiting. The headland just North of Llangrannog was my favourite.
Thank you to Helen and Andrew, really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely quiet campsite with gorgeous sea views.
The toilets and showers were always very clean - hot water, loo role, soap and hand dry tissues provided.
The grass in both upper and lower fields was mowed and kept so tidy.
No noise issues - lots of space for all - no overcrowding (which can be such a problem on other sites!)
Booking was very easy and owners friendly. Helen changed our pitch on request as we wanted to be in the lower, quieter field. We were able to get our icepacks frozen at the farm house.
We loved meeting the very friendly farmhouse dog, when it wandered in from the farm!
We really loved the location of this site - the coast path walk into New Quay was the highlight of our stay, easily accessed from the site in minutes, with beautiful views and we saw dolphins each time we walked in!
The quicker walk back from town, up the road and along the lane, was good for speed but great care is needed as not much room for cars to pass.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you Helen

Lovely peaceful site in an elevated position with sea views. Close to Newquay.
Lovely warm shower.
The owners were so helpful and efficient working in Boxing Day to accommodate us.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this well equipped and maintained site.

We arrived on a very hot afternoon. Calling at the farmhouse was positive and although our booking had not been confirmed by PayPal, we were easily able to sort this out and the owner was very reassuring.
On site, which was an open grass field, there was very little shade so we
Left stuff there and drove the 3 minutes into Newquay and stayed there until the evening.
Facilities were good for the size of site, clean and well organised. With the weather cooler, we were able to enjoy the extensive open views and breezes at the field.
Cost was reasonable and it was about 10 minutes along quiet lanes to walk to the local welcoming pub.
