We stayed on this lovely site for five nights
Kay met us on arrival and showed us to our pitch. we also met the new owner who was also very friendly
We set up our tentbox Which we have mounted on a trailer
We found it very peaceful and could hear owls at night
We can't wait for next year to return.
The facilities are a little tired but kept clean
Romsey is just a short drive away and there is a bus stop near the site
Hillier's arboretum is also a short drive away

The Site was easy to find and very clean, showers hot. Kay was very friendly and met us when we arrived.
The site is on a main road but it was very quiet.
There are a couple of pubs 10-15 mins walk away. Romsey is only 10 mins drive, a small village with pubs and shops.
There is also a bus stop on the main road which goes direct to Winchester.
We went on a Sunday costing us £2 each for one way, very reasonable and convenient.

Great site, quiet at night even though it is near the road. Site warden lovely. Spacious pitches.
Toilet block was kept clean. All 7 urinals were out of order during our stay, of the 3 cubicles the plate the flush buttons are mounted on 1 of the toilets kept falling off & 1 button on another didn't work.
When someone had showered the whole of the bathroom was filled with steam, there's no extractor or windiw to open so the door had to be propped open.
The dishwashing was poor, 2 half bowls, admittedly deep with no cover from the weather. No cold water at the tap & the hot was lukewarm.
I understand the site has new owners with plans to change things this September. It could be a really great site.
We would stay again though despite these gripes.

Location is good nearby Hillier gardens are well worth a visit.
Town of Romsey was interesting Romsey Abbey and the medieval houses nearby worth a visit, the famous river Test runs through the memorial park.
Pitches were large, flat and well spaced out.
Site warden was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Facilities let the site down, though they were kept very clean.
They appear to be repurposed building site facilities, lots of wash basins but only two toilets and two showers in both male and female, the urinals in the men’s were disconnected and the showers overflowed across the floor. They definitely need replacement.

If you’re after a quiet site on the outskirts of Romsey then this is it.
Flat hard standing with hook-up for £30/night.
Short walk down to the local pub with good beer and amazing burgers.
Facilities not the best but at this price who cares? Will be back.

Peaceful site, located close to local attractions.
The site is not well signed and the signage there is quite low down and easy to miss.
Basic facilities but fully functional and clean.
Not much else to mention to be honest.

We found the site as within an hour drive of our home to try out our new to us motorhome and were so pleased we chose Three Trees Campsite.
The site is quiet and surrounded by trees, we could hear birds singing in the morning and 2 robins hopping around in the frosty leaves when we woke up.
We had a query about which pitch to use on arrival and the owners answered their phone instantly, told us we could choose any pitch and to call if we needed anything as they were out but back later.
The shower and toilet blocks were clean and well equipped. We didn't use the showers but the 2 cubicles were clean and spacious and there was a heater plugged in to take the winter chill off.
Hook up points were easy to reach. A lovely vibe and short walk to a pub up the hill (to the right as you leave the site) for a cosy teatime drink.
We were close to hillier gardens, Winchester and Southampton so would recommend to anyone wanting to explore this area of Hampshire.
