I was disappointed with this campsite, picked as it was a good location to join a week of other activities.
The website said that electricity was charged extra to pitch fees so, on enquiring about the system,
I was charged £20 refundable deposit on a card plus £10 for energy. I was unable to find their unit on my electric hook-up and was told by a manager that I shouldn't have been charged on a touring pitch.
Their motorhome service point was covered in pallets of building stone so I was told to use a car perk to empty my grey water.

Well situated and all round tidy site not far driving from the centre of Weymouth and the beach.
Kids entertainment gives them something to enjoy in the evening.

Great site!
Flat pitches, everywhere is clean & tidy, friendly staff.
Shower and toilet blocks are basic, but clean.
Plenty of play parks for the kids, the pools are great too!
Shop sells all your basics, takeaway was very popular (but I didn't try it), Club house is also very nice.
Overall a really lovely place to visit, I highly recommend it.
(I can't submit a 'Child Friendliness' score, but it's a 9 from me)

Very nice organised site, showers where good.
Not many people there in the week mainly weekend comers and goers.
Staff not really friendly. Sharp when asking a question and no acknowledgement when walking past.
Main road noise can be heard all day and fairly at night
Turning off 70mph busy road with caravan was tricky

A group of 6 families all visited over the May Bank Hol weekend. Whilst not all next to each other, we were close enough. Site was very good, clean and tidy, staff always busy, and plenty for the kids to do.
Good location for visiting North Devon and Somerset - about 40 minutes to Weston Super Mare.
Only slight moan would be the booking for swimming - you had to book at 12pm for the following day, so if you were not around to queue you would not be able to book swimming for the following day. But we did go on a busy Bank Hol week end so can't complain.
The swimming, trampolines, rowing boats are all included with your site fee, so nothing extra to pay. There's also a couple of small play areas - more suited to the younger kids.
Toilets & showers were fine, cleaned at least once a day. Pool was well maintained - indoor lovely and warm, outdoor was cold as not heated, but once you were in it wasn't too bad.
Spoke to several staff over the week end, all very helpful, and happy to have a chat and give advice about what to do in the local area.
Overall a very good stay, thoroughly enjoyed it, and will definitely be going back there at some point.

Even the tiniest details had been meticulously thought out in the quest to provide the perfect Camp Site. 10/10 for a lovely weekend in an idyllic setting.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Our Labrador was in heaven on his first trip in a Caravan as everyone's BBQ seemed to have an extra sausage for him, and the Swimming Pool was sheer perfection, it was like being in the Caribbean.
Highly recommended. Great Fish and Chips. We will definitely be back.
Customer Service is 10/10 because there isn't an eleven!

A gem of a place with helpful polite staff, great clean facilities and a lot of long term tennants who were all helpful and charming.
The only little downfall is the small size of the pitches.
But if you can't manage to squeeze you car next to your pitch the visitors car park isn't far.
Plenty for kids to do.
