We enjoyed the peaceful site with its lovely trees and grass, fairly close (a short walk) to the River Deveron and Huntly castle through woodland.

Good play area by river and castle for anyone with kids.

The facilities were very clean too. We also loved seeing all the wee rabbits everywhere.

For backpackers like us, good to know it's approx 15 min walk to nearest supermarket, 10-15 min walk to town centre with 2/3 cafes, ice cream, chip shop etc.

Would be nice to be able to regulate water temperature in the shower, which might be a bit hot for some.

All in all, a lovely site.

 Excellent campsite, friendly wardens.

Nice clean toilet and shower blocks.

Lovely big pitches and cooking area.

The campsite had its own wildlife in the shape of some beautiful rabbits that were quite friendly.

Definitely make a return visit.

9/10. Very tidy site, good size showers (water could have been hotter),

Very helpful staff (even gave my car a jump start when battery went down).

Not the cheapest but all in all a good stay.

Lovely site. Well laid out. Small play area in middle of the site. Really helpful warden. Tv built into the pitches, serviced pitches also.

Facilities all be it a little dated were spotless and plenty power in the showers too. Nice spacious end cubicle for families too.

5 min walk to Nordic centres and huge play-park.

I’d say the only improvement would be to add to the play facilities for little ones but other than that it’s a lovely site with lovely wardens.

Spacious pitches with lots of privacy.

Very flat, pleasant site with various sized pitches. Washrooms good with great size shower cubicles and hot water even late at night unlike some sites.

Well laid out and great dog walk off the back of the park along the river to the castle about 10 minutes away.

We were able to visit several historic sites from here making for some good days out.

Good local shopping at Tesco and Asda

We intended to stay at Aberlour on Speyside but unfortunately it was pouring of rain so decided to head over the Cabrach to Rhynie then onto Huntly. So we stayed at Huntly castle Caravan Park.

Absolutely beautiful and very friendly and accommodating with lovely Wardens and very safe and adherence to all the current guidelines regarding Coronavirus.

Felt very safe in this Site and so wished we could have stayed for much longer but without a doubt we would definitely return to Huntly.

A very nice site and Huntly is a very friendly town and it was a pleasure to return as loved going to Huntly when I was a teenager to stay with Family Friends at Clinkstone Farm, Drumblade.

Some beautiful walks from all around the site and in no time you are in the Town Centre. We certainly supported the local shops, Forbes Raeburn (1st Class Butchers) Sinclairs of Rhynie (Bakers) Esson of Huntly and also purchased goods from all the Charity Shops.

A great stay and always happy to return.

Lovely site facilities were still closed due to the lock down so can’t comment. Thought a wee bit pricey having to use our own facilities. Well kept site wardens and workers lovely people.

Excellent walks for dogs and a short walk into town and Tesco. We were in the adult site great pitches.

Only problem was the 10amp on the pitch but we were warned about this when we checked in.

Seemed to be areas for the younger children to play but was very quiet while we were there.

Lovely river at back of campsite as well.
